CHICKEN RECIPE NA MAGPAPATAOB NG KALDERO | Super Yummy Chicken in Black Beans Sauce

Jajangmyeon? Not quite, pero this Korean inspired dish is surely a must to try. Sobrang rich in flavour at ang sarap. Mapapadami ang kain mo ng kanin for sure. Tamang anghang na lalong magpapagana sayo na kumain.
Ingredients:
350 grams chicken breast (deboned)
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp black bean sauce
2 tbsp olive oil (or any cooking oil)
1/4 cup ginger (julienne cut)
8 gloves garlic
1 small size onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp banana katsup (or tomato katsup)
1 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

patanong lang po puwede po ba with bones yun sa chicken? like for example 350 grams with bones or if with bones kailangan dagdagan yun timbang po instead of 350 magiging 500 grams
