Hi! I dont see the rub recipe in the description. Looks delicous! Could you post that please
Memphis Style Rub

3 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mustard powder

Real oil instead of the spray oil crap, this guy is the real deal.
We try to be. We also switch it up depending what we have on hand. Thanks for the love. 🎉
Love your videos!
Do y'all want help cleaning your grill and fixing that fuel flow? 🤣
Ha. Man honestly that grill is hand me down and it’s at a cabin we vacation at in the summer. Thanks for sharing. Love it ✌️
Phi looking wings
Thanks for watching!!
Looks devine, just one question I have. When adding so many layers of flavor don't the wings get too of a salty taste?
Good ❓. We use very little salt in the rub recipe to avoid this issue. Thanks for watching.
Just did this. Accidentally used my wifes hair coloring brush to brush the oil on the grille. She was pissed. Hopefully they come out good.
Oh I bet I was WW3 in the house that day!!!Hopefully dinner turned out great. Thanks for watching 😎🤘
@@bluffcitygrub it turned out delicious! I think the heat from the grille was on my side.
Do you ever split your wings before you cook them? Would I need to adjust the cooling time?
Yes we have many times. I would cut the cooking down to 25-30 min and make sure you check for doneness. Hope this helps. Thank for watching and commenting!
I’m rolling with two layers of flavor right now! I’ll let y’all know how it turns out later
Thanks for watching. Let us know how it turns out!
about to grill these!
How did it go??
How would you do this on a charcoal grill without the higher level? Just try to have it on a lower temp?
We will make one on this soon. Charcoal grills and smokers are what we like to cook on. I have a bomb recipe for smoked wings 😎👍
Never ever tho😢about cooking them from the top rack, weekend is coming and trying this, mine always come out dry
Yo how did it go??
Привет, у меня char broil, по э
Вашему рецепту получилось безумно вкусно, но немного пересушилиз за инфракрасной технологии, попробую уменьшить время в 2 раза, или температуру. Спасибо за рецепт ребята!!
Interesting 🤔 never have cooked them before on infrared. Glad flavor was good. Let us know how they turn out next time. I’m curious. Thanks for the feedback.
Question, you said flip at 10-15 min, how l Iong do you cook them?
We typically cook them for around 35 - 45 min or until the internal temp is greater than 185F.
Got a sub trying the top rack tonight
💰 money!!
@@bluffcitygrub came out fantastic!!! Thank u never tried that before perfect
Awesome glad to hear 🎉💥
how long do you cook wingetts
We Shoot for 20- 25 minutes and make sure you check for doneness (185F). Thanks for commenting and watching! 💥💥
Ever try slow cooking then sear them highest flame?? Slow cook to 155 and then SEAR them notch 8 heat
We have done a very similar cook 🤔 smoking wings and then frying them. I agree with the concept. Thanks for the feedback.
How long at 155 and how long the sear Nicholas?
How do you make the smoke bombs?
Here is a link to a previous video where we make them. czcams.com/video/hfI_qED8X6Y/video.htmlsi=RRn4_7sK2WOvR0so
Is there a reason you don't cut the tips off?
We will if we cut them into party wings
Was loving the video till you used a top grate I don’t have one on my grill 😢
Not sure if you have any restrictions but sounds like a good excuse for a new grill? 🤷🏾♂️🤷♂️ Thanks for watching.
West virginia?
We live in Memphis "Bluff City" however this video was made in Arkansas over a weekend trip. Thanks for watching.
I love two guys, regardless of race, being friends. In todays America it seems rare but maybe it just doesn’t get published. Wouldn’t it be great if people didn’t care if you are black or white?
Yeah many of people consider us longtime friends but i consider him my brother.
One more layer of flava. I'll never forget...
Yeah I never let joe forget it either. 😂 thanks for checking us out✌️
If you ain’t sneezin, your wings ain’t seasoned. #layersofflavor
Goodgood point. I told Greg they were under seasoned for his wife.
What is the sauce on the wings
Our bluff city sweet heat. Check the description on the video it should be there. Thanks for watching 🙏
Where’s the rub recipe?
It's in the description of the video. Look below the title.
thought that was wayne brady
🤔🤣
I like you’re using human friendly oils.
Love This!!
drink every time they say wings on a gas grill
Let’s gooooo!!!💪
This is a voice over from a white guy
I mean, listen, we're talking about cooking, not a voice over, not a voice over, not a voice over, we talking about cooking.
