Lake Goldsmith 110th Steam Rally

Headed up to Lake Goldsmith in Beaufort Victoria to the 110th Lake Goldfields Steam Rally to catch up with a mate John and to see his Steam Roller.
John gave me some instructions on how to drive his roller so once I was familiar with it I was let out on my own, but John wasn't too far away just in case.
It was a fantastic day with lots going on and to see.
If you ever get a chance to go and see this event I would recommend going along.

Now that's what i call a bit of everything ..some good old cars and newish ones there and well the trucks, cranes , Steam engines (one for every use you could think of ) ..etc like going in to Alladin`s cave ..past and present ..bet you enjoyed that, nice to watch the parade ..I remember when they used the steam rollers on the roads here , and can just see me and Deb on one of those bikes ..LOL .. ...Dave

I was one of the people at the boat pond, at 32:13 behind the blue ships mast, is my dads and mine models.
And the boats right there are owned by another member.
