sir, i have doubt in 2nd condition if land value come down to Rs.80 Lakh. As per the contract land buyer should buy the land at Rs.1Cr. only. But you have mention Buyer can buy at Rs.80 Lakh. Please clarify.
There is no obligation to buy the land. The option buyer can choose to buy or not buy for 1 crore.

I found Zerodha to be suitable for beginners. If you are investing, you can start with any amount. Buy good quality mid cap or large cap shares. Do not do intraday stock trading if you are new. Take time and Learn Options selling. It might take 3 months to 1 year. But, worth it. In the long run, it will help you.
