If fully charged can this inflate four wheels from 25 to 36? or would you need to charge it before getting to 36?

Good Question, I don’t record it completed because I test it on the video just taking out the box…… Ok it takes from 25psi to 35psi less than 5min, I tested like 2-3 times and was between 4-5min…. and went down only one battery bar, (manufacturer say you can do it for about 20 minutes continuously)
