The first time I’ve heard it was going for Themenos, Hikari and Ochette pre-Last Chapters. But i was expetting to hear it only on lv45 areas. Besides this the battle theme that tell you that you have reached the endgame of Octopath Traveler II and now you have to face all 8 final bosses!
This sounds like it could be a fighting game main menu theme when you unlock everything. (Ex: Smash Bros, Dissidia, Tekken, Shounen Jump Ultimate Stars, etc)
You cooked with this fr, this could definitely be switched in for the Smash Ultimate menu theme and there's only like one small section that would really even be that different

I love how this theme carries some motif from OT1’s Battle 3 and CotC’s (Champions of the Continent) Battle 4. It’s great 😊
