06 (Six) Passport size photographs
(b) Copy of the NEET (MDS)-2018 Admit card.
(c) NEET (MDS)-2018 score card. All the candidates should have secured
mandatory min qualifying & above marks in NEET (MDS)-2018.
(d) Class X/ SSLC/ ICSE certificate/Birth certificate issued by municipality as
valid certificate of proof of age.
(f) Final year BDS Mark Sheets. Priority V Candidates should have secured a
min of 55% marks in final BDS.
(g) BDS Provisional Pass Certificate/Degree Certificate.
(h) Compulsory Rotatory Internship completion certificate.
(j) Permanent/Provisional State Dental Council Registration Certificate.
(e) Nationality Certificate/ valid passport/ Domicile Certificate (Where applicable)/
voter I- Card issued by Election Commission of India.
(f) Migration certificate from the university from where BDS was completed.
(g) Copy of Aadhaar Card.

All civilian candidates if selected are required to execute a bond agreement to serve
as Short Service Commission Officers (SSC service) for 5 years with the Armed Forces
Medical Services or pay an amount of Rs 29 lacs (Rupees Twenty-Nine Lacs only) to
Govt. of India if unwilling to join on successful completion of the course and subject to being
offered the said commission asper Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence letter Nos. F/PC-
8510/DGAFMS/DG-1D/345/2013/D (Med) dated 6th March 2013,
PC.III/17436/DGAFMS/DG-1D/1819/13/(a) (Medical) dated 15 January

WHAT is the % of selection for civilians in AFMC(MDS) n 1 more thing RnR,offering MDS Course not ACMS .
For SSC ,they ll conduct an interview right.. is it the same for mds also ? .. like through single interview ,they recruit for SSC and MDS ?? Or different

Ma'am, comprehensive video . Just hoping against hope,any chance getting in AFMC to do MDS having a rank around 89? I REALLY want to serve the nation ,and was contemplating sitting for ADC interview from last two years. This year my rank being relatively better than previous year,I was thinking should I take my chances by filling up both the AFMC's during my choice filling.. any inputs?

Mam I want to join army as a dentist but I have a doubt I have an operation mark on my body can you tell me can I pass in medical or not due to this mark??
Such minor details are not clarified anywhere on their portal, you can clear the interview first after that there is medical examination
