Everything you said in this video is absolutely correct apart from the fact that,at the last portion of video you've given examples of people who are engineer and also a founder of startup. And any succesful startup will fetch you more money than any salaried kind of job be it of a doctor or clerk. So,i don't think that comparing someone who is running a succesfull startup with a salaried man is not the correct way to compare at all. Btw,loves your video a lot!!!
I don't want to be a filthy rich but yeah as you mentioned we guys get a lot of respect I want to earn that yes there might be pros nd cons but most of our Doctors really get respect and I respect them and hoping to get that respect in future with everyone around me ❤️
Nice video bro, One can do money in any field, one should choose the work which is suitable for his nature, one has to work to add value to society..once the society realizes the value, money just flows. Choosing medical field only for money is really not a good choice, the video gives very good glimpse about it with present scenario.
This is a very well presented video, Gupta! I feel that the idea of making a lot of money is inherent to the primal needs of a human, especially in the status-driven Indian society. Money is not just paper currency but more of a power signal to 'other apes'. The idea of joining medicine for the science aspect of it sounds noble but it does not satisfy the primal needs of us 'social apes'. In a society where signaling is inherent to our personalities, people will have to question their core values and change them. I feel that teaching the right values about money, exploring entrepreneurship, and teaching personal finance at an early age might be some solutions. But honestly, I have little faith that someone will go into a field to explore their genuine curiosity. It's virtually impossible unless you are very mindful about yourself, quite rich, or are high in the status game already.
I think even joining for money is not a bad incentive. Doctors on an average do well. Being a doctor will ensure a steady income if not being filthy rich. And for a lot of people that itself is good enough a motivation. But yes - Personal finance and entrepreneurship are two things absolutely missing as far as MBBS is concerned. While a lot of engineers end up doing MBA and have a good background in finance, we doctors often lack the very basic concepts. And entrepreneurship is lacking- we want to work for corporates - rather than having a new idea and exploring it - something which engineers do a lot more.
my brother is currently 27 he has done his enginnering from IIIT banglore .and he earns around 90 to 95 thousand per month .but after spending a lots of money in MBA

This unhealthy pride of Indian parents making their children doctors and relatives making us their family doctor for free consultation will never end .
People who are in it for the money can earn it pretty easily. For one on one consultations, doctors generally charge 500-1000 rupees (maybe less for poor people) this can add up to a huge amount of money considering the waiting lists I see during every visit.
He is talking about medical College ( teaching institute). corporate and private hospital ,name any branch - minimum 3-4 lakhs.cardio ,ortho ,pulmo ,obg ,surgery , medicine earn way more just in private practice and clinic in addition to the 9-5 private hospital
Hello Aditya sir, I am happy to hear that you have accomplished so many things at this early age. You said that your salary is going to be 2-3 lakh after all of this, and after that you could earn up to 20k per day from your own office. If we do the simple math, it results in 10 lakhs per month! That is a really big figure. Around 11-12000$ in USD, that is a really big amount. Avg. income of India is around 3 lakh per annum. Keep doing your heavenly job!
@@JATTYUVRAJSINGH if coaching institutes wont tell neet aspirants that they will get rich after doing mbbs, then there won't be any doctors left in India!!!
No bro he will most probably earn 3 to 5 lakhs and for that he has to work overtime like day and sometimes nights also and that too he is the best case scenario.imagine how much an engineer earns in best case scenario.an average mbbs doctor earns 30 to 40 k per month after all the hardwork, investment and everything
I know a family doctor he is 45 yrs old and he is getting offers from private hospitals of rs 4 lacs per month but he is in government hospital with a salary of rs 150000 and he also runs a private free hospital
I love maths more than biology. Bit I love the profession of doctor so had to take bio. The immense respect and position next to god that they get in a society. Also it feels great to treat a patient and save him from his ailment therby save his life. The patients thanks a doctor more than anything. They deserve much more all wealth than anything for the noble job that they do, which indian system doesn't agree
I'm now planning to go for stem degrees... And move in us Or uk... Because doctor wo bhi clinician mere ko jada acha nahi laga... I love maths and more importantly genetics... I love genetics... I was in medical because I see doctors getting paid good amount and earning good bucks while practicing... But I think I should reconsider my decision... And science degrees in India are very underpaid... Compared to engineering degrees which are overpaid...
That respect is also because of money. People tend to respect those who have money and / or power. The real respect which comes after one knows deeply the person as a human being is rare.
Hi Bhaiya This video was most needed and also a mist reality check for anyone who’s taking med science Thanks for guiding us through all the while you’re very inspiring I want to ask this question as you said down the lane like after 12 hrs or say 15 years will are there chances that a doctor can become like filthy rich if she knows how to make investments and also make right decisions about Kindly don’t judge me it’s not like I’m greedy but at the end of the we all wanna live a rich life as in I mean have a good car go on world trips and enjoy life Will that be possible and remember I’m asking about this like after 15 yrs of starting a medical career Hope to see your reply soon Thanks you so much bhaiya Loads of gratitude to you for everything you’re doing for us
Do you know why doctors are telling this in social platform bec. they have to do a hectic job and in turn they get underpaid Even half of their life gone in taking degree Expecting that they will get good pay after this( 5+3+3) mbbs,ms,dm but after a huge amount of time studing they not even have proper time to spent with their family Just think how much time they would have for investment It would be far beter to join ca,eng, etc for money

Sir you are talking about just salary aspect. But if we see salary only there are just few exceptions which offer very rich lifestyles Majorly rich lifestyles comes from our new innovative ideas(business ideas). And a doctor is more aware of society,if he worked like you for 15 years he will have a good amount of savings to invest in his or others business ideas which will probably get him rich. If we just work for salary in any field we will mostly be in upper middle class only. But if we think out of the box,one day we will be in that ultra rich community.
Software Developers who are usually computer science engineers earn well. Most of the software Developers earn 25 LPA with just 4 to 5 years of experience.
Richness is a relative term. You don't have to try hard to prove the point and i see some example are weak. However, Do doctors deserve to be paid high by any standards ? Absolutely 200% 300% yes. Doctors have spent the time and effort in life to secure this amount of knowledge to become a doctor. it does not come easy. The sacrifice they made even as a school / college kid (forgoing fun ) deserves that respect. If Doctors are said to be Rich, so be it. You all Deserve that praise however small or big the earning might be.
I'm from a teir 4 college and my first salary was 50k (not underpaid) as frontend engineer. Actually Engineers are not employable that's why they're underpaid. But 4 years of study (with no sleepless nights) can easily give you 30k-60k salary. Although, I love science so I study MBBS subjects after office time.
@the legendary mpg, No field is bad if you've passion for it. I believe my biggest achievement in my life is getting paid for my passion. If you've passion for coding and developing softwares, you'll get tons of job offers and perks.
In entry cadre of govt hospitals, they don't even earn more than 60 to 70 thousand. It's state government hospitals for you. But a senior might be earning more than 1.5 lakhs per month. Sir please make a video of doing post graduation in medical in Japan with scholarship after doing mbbs from India. It's a humble request from my side..
Yeah You are somewhat correct But that's not true In India 95% startups and business fails on spot Only few of them become successful. And only few of them ended up being like Paytm, Zomato etc But if you have done mbbs and pg too So there is a high chance you will be getting ended up something decent in life after 30s. More than entrepreneur. Entrepreneur is all about taking risks in career But doctors not. But if an entrepreneur is successful Than there is a high possibility that later he will earn more than a average doctor But the case with only 1-3% only.

According to me the salary must be increased for a doctor/physician.. earning 1 lakh and below is very worst for a doctor...even a college lecture or professor in a communication subject earns more than a doc... according to me a doc must be awarded with min 1.5 lakh per/ month for an undergraduate and more than 3 lakh per month for a post graduate and should go high according to the specialization... giving thousands is not at all fair...u knw tht doctor is not an easy job...
Bro all the doctors, engineers, civil servants especially IAS,IPS , Army officers etc are grade 1 officers or you can call them class 1 officers..their minimum salary are fixed that is from 80-90k per month..and I think it's a quite good salary to live a good life

What do you think about college lecturers and professors?? You think they are well paid right from birth?? It requires a lot of hard work. 3 years of ug, 2 years of pg, struggle to clear NET, SET, TET..., years and years of PhD. When it comes to job, professors will have to take continuous classes straining their throat out. Will have to walk around and take the class. They even work on Saturdays and Sundays if portions are not completed. Then there's a lot more- election duty, covid duty and what not. Learn to value other professions too.
Mai Aaj depression me hu kyuki Mai doctor isiliye banna chahta hu ki bahut money earn karunga aur kahi na kahi sab ka yahi dream hota h but ye biggest myth h kyuki aap doctor rupya earn karne ke liye nahi ban rahe ho 15 saal padne ke baad hard work ke mukable kuch nahi earn kar paoge mai second drop dunga 5 may ko nakal gaya to badhiya aur aagar nahi nikla to jo mai chahta hu wo karunga ha aur Mai sab se ye kahunga ki aagar aapko sirf money EARN KARNA H TO PLEASE DOCTOR MAT BANO LEKIN AAGAR AAPKO LOGO KI SEVA KARNA H TO PLEASE DOCTOR BANO KYUKI ISSE AACHA RESPECTFUL PROFESSION KOI NAHI H 👏👏👏👏

Yes my parents thoughts are also same that you will earn a huge amount of money through medicine and engineering is garbage and they didn't know the reality
But don't forget they also gets allowences like residential home nearby the hospital rembersments in different types of medicines etc etc.. Unlike engineer who has to pay his rent in metropolitan City half of his salary goes in paying rent
Private practice doctors can take holiday whenever they want . Doctors doing job are given casual leaves, earn leaves, and medical leaves depending on their position
Engg not only have a distributed salary but they also have very distributed work. Some are working in tapri chaiwala, some has opened their own shop, etc. One guy near my home has done engg and mba ye he has vadapav and farsan shop..
You have not told about private sectors. Here in West Bengal, every doctor focus on private. They do not serve good in Government Hospital. They even told us to go their private chamber.

Honesty at its peak , bro can i borrow some honesty from you ? 👏🏼
I don't want to be a filthy rich but yeah as you mentioned we guys get a lot of respect I want to earn that yes there might be pros nd cons but most of our Doctors really get respect and I respect them and hoping to get that respect in future with everyone around me ❤️
You deserve every bit you have been blessed with 🙏
Nice video bro,
One can do money in any field, one should choose the work which is suitable for his nature, one has to work to add value to society..once the society realizes the value, money just flows.
Choosing medical field only for money is really not a good choice, the video gives very good glimpse about it with present scenario.
How transparently u talked about money!!😃

Engineering has value for your talent
If ur good in logics & maths go for it

If ur are hard worker go for it
A video with great value !!!❤️❤️
So true

People who are in it for the money can earn it pretty easily. For one on one consultations, doctors generally charge 500-1000 rupees (maybe less for poor people) this can add up to a huge amount of money considering the waiting lists I see during every visit.

I want to ask this question as you said down the lane like after 12 hrs or say 15 years will are there chances that a doctor can become like filthy rich if she knows how to make investments and also make right decisions about
Kindly don’t judge me it’s not like I’m greedy but at the end of the we all wanna live a rich life as in I mean have a good car go on world trips and enjoy life
Will that be possible and remember I’m asking about this like after 15 yrs of starting a medical career
Hope to see your reply soon

Sir you are talking about just salary aspect.
But if we see salary only there are just few exceptions which offer very rich lifestyles
Majorly rich lifestyles comes from our new innovative ideas(business ideas).
And a doctor is more aware of society,if he worked like you for 15 years he will have a good amount of savings to invest in his or others business ideas which will probably get him rich.

Richness is a relative term. You don't have to try hard to prove the point and i see some example are weak.
However, Do doctors deserve to be paid high by any standards ? Absolutely 200% 300% yes.
