No in tvd and originals there are witches stronger than Charmed, and their hollow ones have created a werewolf curse, as well as Dahlia, the most powerful witch
@@soukawarda971 tvd witches are very weak compared to the charmed ones, they've literally fought against gods, entities and other witches of high power, became goddesses at one point and have pretty powerful kids, tvd witches only have town level feats compared to the charmed ones
