12 small egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
Lemon zest
1 cup Condensed Milk
2 cups Vitasoy Plus Milky
Banana Cake
2 cups Cake Flour (Sifted)
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking salt
6 ripe Green Bananas (roasted)
1 cup Brown sugar
3 egg yolks
1tsp Banana essence + Banana drip
3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup Vitasoy Plus Milky
Meringue
3 egg whites
1 tbsp sugar

Mam Nina ang sarap nito nag adjust lng po ako sa flan kasi bitin sa banana ko llanera po kasi ginamit ko, 1st gawa ko 7pcs llanera lng, sold po 2nd ngyn po ako gagawa uli may order po uli ako, ginagawa ko pong 15egg yolk saka 11/2evap at 1can dondens at 1/2cup..saka po nag bawas nlng ako ng sugar bawat llanera 1tbsp, maraming maraming slmt

Mam Nina. May mali ata sa gawa ko. May effect po ba kung maraming meringue yung nlagay ko. Kasi dba dpat meringue is 3 egg white lng. Nasayangan kasi ako don sa iba kaya prang 5 to 6 eggwhite ata ngamit ko. Hindi na form yung lechefplan eh.. 😭😭
