This game was EASILY one of my favorites of the TM franchise. I love how this and BLACK came out in the same year. It's like, you've got as light hearted and funny as TM gets, and about as dark and...dare I say TWISTED, as TM gets.
TM Black and Small Brawl were supposed both supposed to be on PS2 and have the same graphics. But Small Brawl ended up on PS1 instead. Small Brawl is my favorite too. Black being my second favorite.

Well, not all of them. Raven became a heroine defending the innocent.
Outlaw straight out tried to murder Calypso and Sweet Tooth is billed as the meanest kid on the block. Although with cartoon physics an explosion that demolishes scenery can just leave characters just covered in soot and stunned.
Poor Grimm. That's just beyond terrifying...
At least the bad way they did the endings for Small Brawl makes sense cause it's supposed to by kiddy and comedic. They have no excuse for pt 3 and 4

How was spectre the worst ending? It was 2nd best(1st for me is slam) the worst was twister
Here's 1 character who use to have a driver and that is darkside the kid was use to look as a devil dress up but i haven't got to why he wasn't a rc driver but there is a art of him on the wiki I think
