I think the name Brookie has already been taken for the combination of a cookie and brownie combined with the brownie batter baked within or marbled with the cookie dough. Martha Stewart has a recipe. Looks nice though.
@@Marudhaniby_RJ tasted very good and was chewy but honestly not a great recipe for a brownie cookie. It may work better as just a chewy brownie recipe
