    400g Chicken Breast cut into mini fillets
    300g Self Raising Flour (you can use Gluten free if needed)
    1 tbsp Black Pepper
    1 tbsp Paprika
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 tbsp Mixed Herbs (or use Oregano/Basil/Thyme)
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Celery Sakt
    1 tsp White Pepper
    1 tsp Ground Ginger

    KFC’s 11 herbs and spices are salt, thyme, basil, oregano, celery salt, black pepper, dried mustard, paprika, garlic salt, ground ginger, and white pepper. Paprika is used the most liberally, followed by garlic salt and white pepper, then celery salt. I was never here LOL. I see you know this lol.

    Oh yes indeed! Liked and saved, i have chicken breasts and drummer in the freezer, might go with cutting the breasts into tenders, but i really fancy doing the drummers, decisions decisions! Thanks for sharing haven’t seen a more inviting ‘kfc’ air fryer recipe than this yummy! Jan 😊x

    Hi Susanne, loving your extremely helpful videos, as there is very little good information about how to use the Ninja online, so your channel is brilliant, and great presentation.
    One question; the additional rack that you placed on top, to get a second layer, does not appear to be available on the Ninja website in the UK. Can you provide a link to it?.

      Hi, thanks for your lovely feedback. The double tier rack that I use came with the Ninja. Did you not get this?
      The main rack can be used both ways to create a low rack or turned upside down to create a high rack (hard to explain, hope to makes sense!). Then there is the singular rack that fits on this.

      Many thanks for you reply, and the links. The Ninja Foodi I have is, apparently, the 11-in-1 (it’s my wife’s gadget, which I’m trying to get the hang of), so it came only with the reversible rack, not the two-tier one. I think I might buy one of the other racks and modify it, so that it might be able to give a second level shelf. Anyway, despite that, most of your content is relevant and hugely helpful.

    Suzanne, can you tell me best way to cook chicken breast wrapped in bacon and add hunters sauce?

      Hi, You could stream-airfry using the probe to ensure the chicken is cooked but not overdone and the bacon will be crispy. Then add the sauce at the end and air fry just to warm it up. Alternatively you could Bake it. I like to use the probe with breasts as they can so quickly overcook and become dry. Good luck

    I guess you don't have the 701. I'm a vegetarian. So I guess the thermometer will be a waste but would have been good for you with the chicken😊

      I just have the 15 in 1.
      The thermometer is useful with meat but i know people use them for things like jacket potatoes to get that perfect tender inside without overcooking
