The guy putting on dark shades by the door and talking on the cellphone is the third member. You can see how he slightly meets with them after the theft and walks out after them. He also walked inside, a few seconds after the two men came in. He was the lookout guy. You can see him several times during the recording just hanging around there.
They aren't eastern europeans ok. Most likely they are romanians but you don't bother what nationality exactly they are do you. I don't blame you though...

When they started to steal in Budapest, a special task force was made, and they disappeared. Not saying it does not happening, but its not an epidemic.
