Actually no The Tomahawk was design for the tracks as well as the Dodge Viper which is what it is based off of, it was the driver not knowing how to use the car, that is why you are seeing all those Panels flaps flopping around, it’s to help it with air flow when cornering.

Red Bull is made for corners. My X2011 can beat almost any Tomahawk on Sierra or Nürburgring.
A major advantage is being able to stick to the road and being able to keep its speed semi-constant when going around corners and turns
