Wow, Thorn getting a Hatchett job there - bowler looks very quick, although I'm not sure why he was trying to drive that - looked like a lapse in concentration. Great rally towards the end of your innings, class from Connor as always. Great effort in the end, new lad more than handy with both bat and ball and he will make a big difference over the coming weeks.

I recall facing Lewis Hatchett in the nets a number of times back as a 15 year old when he came and played grade cricket for my club in Adelaide. Very uncomfortable bowler to face, especially his short ball. Always think that you boys play him quite well
Yeah he looks quick, got a slingy action and tall so his bouncers really take off. The TBCC wicket always seems to be lively at that end too, which suited him.

Before moving to USA I used to live in Hailsham, so all these towns bring back fond memories, love watching.
2:55 Rahul, spotted a flaw in his technique - He keeps playing the pull shot with an upward motion because his top hand is below his bottom hand when he plays the shot (i.e. playing the shot from below lifting the bat in an upward motion as he's playing the shot), the result is that the ball will always go up in the air & increase the risk of a top edge when he closes the face. He needs to play the shot from a higher position (i.e. he needs to lift his top hand further up towards his chest before playing the shot) this will give him more flexibility / choice of how to play the shot with more control. He also does the same thing when playing the sweep shot to the spinner, his bottom hand is above the top hand when it should be level.
What camera do you guys you? Do you have a professional cameraman, who keeps n eye for the ball?

Can’t believe that in this day and age that the draw is still an option in English club cricket.
I agree it's a nonsense. I've retired now but I played Kent League cricket for some years and it was always frustrating that teams could shut up shop just to try and get a couple of batting points, when it was clear they couldn't win. It ruins the game.
Can you tell Aaron to stop doing a full practice run up before he bowls, it’s very village and he’s a lot better than that
