There are several inaccuracies in this Video, for one the typicon is a rule of life and not related to the charters which created the monastic communities. the concept of the typicon also far predate the monasteries on Athos and can be traced back to the way the church in the Eastern Empire was organised by the third century, every orthodox church and monastery has a typicon which rules the way services are performed and life is lived.
There are no monastic orders in Eastern Christianity rather each monastery has its own rule which adapts the core rule developed by St. Pachomius of Egypt to the local conditions. All monastic communities in the Orthodox Church follow the rule of St. Pachomius of Egypt, sometimes with additions from the Rule of St Basil the Great or the founder of the community relating to local circumstances. There is a lot of variety on Mont Athos between the big monasteries and the smaller brotherhoods, also the monastery of St Catherine on Mont Sinai is considerably stricter in asceticism due to their harsher condition.
There are monasteries outside of Athos that follow the same rule and may even be under the control of an Athonite Abbot which women can visit (including a number of female monasteries) so it is possible for women to experience that type of monastic environment.
The disagreement with Jews has to do with the way Rabbinic Judaism revised aspects of the texts that the Jewish community used to obscure or hide the prophecies about the messiah which pointed to Jesus fulfilling them. All Orthodox Christians use the Septuagint version of the Old Testament which dates from around 200BCE. This is a disagreement all Orthodox Christians have with Jews around the understanding of the holy scriptures but few (including athonite monks) would say that it is a different God it is rather a fundamental misunderstanding of the revelation received.
Also, the presentation of 'original sin' is the western view. the Orthodox Church does not talk of one fall but rather several falls over the first 11 chapters of Genesis. The Orthodox hold both Adam and Eve responsible for their own faults and more importantly failing to own up to them when given the option. For the Orthodox mortality is an opportunity to come to God through repentance which the Church helps with by mediating the saving grace of the incarnation, crucifixion and resurrection of Christ in the sacraments. Incidentally, the Orthodox belief is that the incarnation was always going to happen to allow humans to fulfil the created potential of becoming like God.
There is a significant tipo in the script, Mary is titled Theotokos meaning mother of God (or more literally the one who bore God), not a mother God as is said at 8.23, there is a significant theological distinction. As Mother of God the Orthodox believe that Mary is in effect the dowager queen of heaven but fully human not a god in any sense.
Also, the animation shows a western-style monastic habit in the first half of the video which is completely different from that worn by Orthodox monks, and slightly confusing for those who do not know about the distinction.
Incidentally, a lot of Orthodox women do not have an issue with the ban of women entering mont Athos, there is also a number of female monasteries where only women are allowed within the grounds with the exception of the holy area of the church. This is achieved through the careful design of the monasteries. Most Orthodox women also have a deep reverence and love for the Theotokos so do not want to upset her especially as she is the saint who works the most miracles in the church, especially around fertility, along with the belief that she takes care of children who die (including those who are miscarried). It is the same type of reverence which mean that most Orthodox male or female would not even consider entering the eastern end of an orthodox church where the clergy serve and leads to all orthodox being incredibly careful around anything which is holy our of respect and love for the things and places which reveal God in the world.

No! The cats live outside, like in village, now if by chance a cat goes near a monk when he prays, so be it, but as I said the reason they are there is for the mice it's not hard to understand.

I actually visited Mt. Athos in 2017! It still stands as one of the best events of my life. I don't think any video can do justice to how peaceful and beautiful Mt. Athos is.
By the way, the reason we Orthodox dye eggs red on Easter (usually called Pascha in Orthodoxy) is that after the resurrection, all of Christ's followers started traveling the world to spread Orthodoxy. St. Mary Magdelene eventually met the roman emperor Tiberius and told him of Christ's resurrection, but he didn't believe it, and said (paraphrasing slightly) "There's as much chance of that being true as the eggs in your basket turning red".
Well, St. Mary took an egg and held it out to him, where it turned red before their eyes. So we paint eggs red in remembrance of this.
If anyone says that God doesn't have a sense of humor I always think of that story.
"Yeah, that'll happen - when eggs turn red!"
    *egg immediately turns red*
It's hilarious to think of, especially considering it was the emperor himself.

I am greek, mount Athos or "holy mountain" as the greeks call it. We call it also "πΔρÎčÎČόλÎč της Î Î±ÎœÎ±ÎłÎŻÎ±Ï‚" which means "the virgin Mary's garden" . The reason why women are not allowed is that no woman on earth is worthy (spiritually) more than the virgin Mary. The story goes that Mary was traveling by boat when a storm forced the boat to beach at mount Athos, she saw the beauty of the place and asked God to give this land to her. A voice was heard saying "i will give you the land and you will be the owner". So for us Greeks at least the holy mountain is where the virgin Mary lives. There are a number of occasions that women were allowed in history, like wars etc. For a woman to enter without permission is considered a grave sin.

Before anyone really wishes to set foot in Mount Athos , remember , once there you'll be living the life of a monk . That means you must abide by the monastic rule of life . Aka you must attend all important heclesiams in each day , your diet will be according to the Christian habitual aka no meat on Wednesdays or Fridays , no alcohol or anything else . Since you're tourists , though , you can plan separate meals each in a kind of an inn there , although this inn also works along the same lines as the monasteries . Last thing , each night the monasteries have a prearranged time when they close their doors . Arrive a Minturn afterwards and you'll be sleeping out - seriously that's a rule .
PS ; Just to be on the safe side , I'm a graduate of Rizareios Parochial Senior High School ( class of 2020 , go me ) and we visited Mount Athos at the 11th grade and for that we were also complied on the extra rule to wear cassocks . So yeah , what I wrote above is a real life experience .
