We are in the 40% of full time rvers and love our Brinkley Z3100. Not only do they build a solid rig but their customer care is outstanding too.

I think Brinkley makes a great 5th wheel. The founding owners have a vision and high standards. Let’s hope the next set of owners and managers continue to have that vision coupled with high standards. It’s hard to do.

The next generation of Brinkley Inc senior management. They won't be the founders. They won't have the same vision the founders have. My concern is will they start to cut corners?
Two things: that guy knows a lot for someone who looks like he’s barely out of pull-ups… second good on you for posting this.. I saw some guy named honey badger and he was saying your channel is a fluff channel, yet this wasn’t fluff talking about them doing their frames better!
I call him honey baba and not honey badger as he is scared to have his panty and shirt snatch for telling all that his follower needs in the rv industry 😅.

Very cool !! Looks like those folks have a distinctive approach to manufacturing as compared to most of their RV competitors. Sounds very much like they have continuous improvement weaved into in their manufacturing DNA. Interesting.

We dealt with Brendin when we bought our Z3100 last year. He is a class act for sure! Brinkley = great RVs and great people!! Keep up the great work!

Finally got to see them in person in Novi Mi show. Went thru few dozen before looking at everything. I was amazed on how some looked great yet opened storage cabinets and a mess when you slid panels, the water lines still such an issue, the movement too. Stabilizers down on all and 6-10 people walking thru them and feel RV moving or floors bouncing. Brinkley, no movement, look for a spot not clean and FINISHED not "finished". You talk about the lines and edges, so clean even more so in person after seeing others and how bad some are. Only thing that is a ding like almost all is the water lines. RV tech guy has a channel and talks about correct fittings and Brinkleys only negative comment is the lines and potential for leaks. Oustide of that they are beautiful and TRY to find an issue in person. Look under things, behind things. High quality and very well made. Hell Brinkley might make it where they might not depreciate as fast as they all do.
Nice to hear of the many things that Brinkley does different than others. Hope they continue to stay on course!

3610 on my shopping list for sure. There is 1 flaw I might say. The Island is a tad to for over in the living area. Or make so we could drop a section of it when not in use. When your sitting on the left side lazy boy, the island is in the way of the TV and the fire place.

@@bishopgeorge1333 you'll see real quick you're paying for the knick knacks and quality. Hard to compare to other manufacturers when Brinkley is $60k more money.

I’d love to get a Brinkley as our next trailer, but they still don’t make a floorplan that works for us. Perhaps in the future.

Just because it is heavier doesn't mean it's cheap.....I've had no issues with my Grand Design 295rl as far as that...now I don't have solid surface counter tops but the unit still holds great

Brandon gave us a tour this past summer and he was great. In one of your first reviews of Brinkley you mentioned they should build a shorter toy hauler for those of us that want a space for our EBikes or kayaks and don't want a long trailer. Something in the 36 foot range would be great. Any word on whether they are working on something like this?
Yep, I reviewed it a few weeks ago. The garage is a bit shorter than I prefer, but definitely a move on the right direction.
The only think I wish they would have done in our Brinkley 3950 is put more power outlets in the toy hauler area around the happy jack.

If they could make that model in a mid bunk, that would be my perfect RV. The mid bunk rear living is my favorite layout, but I want the patio of a toy hauler. Looks like it is getting close to being reality. Basically if they could make the 3610 with that patio and outdoor kitchen!

I really hope you did a video on the new 285. That looks like the perfect trailer for us. I wish we could get a Brinkley and go full time. Just not there yet for a few reasons. The funny thing is that they have many of the upgrades we did on our Alpha Wolf as factory installed parts.
This company deserves an RV star rating from you for what they are doing. They are just so far ahead of everyone else in terms of the quality of their construction. They truly are putting other companies to shame in my view.
Look at their cabinet drawers. The wood is thicker and they are dovetail construction. Vice almost everyone else using 1/4” ply and staples. Literally the worst possible way to do it from a longevity point. Or their roofs. No more inspecting and renewing roof sealant every 90 days.
Yes they are more expensive. But when you start thinking about the most common mods and upgrades people do to their units Brinkley is including those as a standard part of their build.
They are just light years ahead.
*Story Idea * The Brinkley testing of the different 5th hitches and different designs about the most in death side by side compared some of the different Hitch designs that any manufacturer has done there testing results are a gold mine of information

l wish there was a sudden obvious thing that showed what brinkley your seeing at a distance as you pass. I am buying a new 5th'er this year, and I keep hmmmm..and Hawwww..back and forth, but keep coming back to the Brinkley Z3400. Time to pull that trigger.

If Brinkley is so good why is lippert making their frames? I would think a high end RV manufacturer could make their frames. Lippert is only building to Brinkley specs so wouldn’t it makes sense to just make your own?
Your comment answers itself in reverse. Should tell you something about what Lippert makes and how the manufacturer of the RV dictates the specs of the component.
If you hire a bread manufacturer to bake bread for you, they think it is nasty, but you think it's the most amazing thing since "slides bread" are you going to change the recipe because they don't like it or are you going to tell them that it tastes the way you want it to? There are thousands of other comparisons, but this is typically the mentality.
They HAVEN’T been bought out by THOR yet. Thats why their quality is STILL good.
Every single brand THOR acquires goes south within first year or two.

Thanks! I was genuinely curious. It seems like the manufacturers can almost try and use you to get their side of the story out in certain situations and I can’t blame them. It can also make it a little confusing for us though too.
I thought I followed the industry --- obviously not. Never heard of this manufacturer. Looks good to me. But all RVs look good to me 😊
