Outdoor Omnivore . . . Wonderful outing with the family harvesting Chanterelles 👍. As with all of your other dishes, that Chnterelle Gnocchi looked AWESOME 😋 . . . especially with all that butter. Well, if the dish wasn't to your boys' liking, more for you, the wife, and sister / cousin / niece / friend to enjoy 😜. Again, another enjoyed vid and looking forward for your next one 🤙.
Glad it was helpful! They also have bioluminescence and glow in the dark but usually easy to tell because they're growing in stacked clumps on wood. Important to distinguish because they can cause bad abdominal cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, weakness, sweating -- and occasional liver injury. Happy hunting!

Glad you enjoyed it! Can't go wrong with chanterelles, butter and cream!
Awesome video. Thanks. Always wondered how to differentiate chanterelles and Jack o Lanterns

This was in the East Bay
Jelly Mushroom at 2:15 is Cat's Tongue.
Thanks! I thought it looked like a toothed jelly but it was young so no teeth yet. Have you tried it?
We've tried them raw, candied them, and have put them in jello. Candied was probably the best. Very refreshing when raw.@@outdooromnivore830
Nice, I'll have to do some research and try them! Thanks!@@mmmmmray
