Can i go Kyoto to Kurama and Kibune using the Eizan Railway with KANSAI THRU PASS(also the bus cost ride 160 yen) ? How about Cable sanmon station untill Kurama-dera temple main hall? Im guessing with KTP have to take route 2

The cable railway would not be covered by any travel pass as it was built for the monks in ancient Japan and the fare of the cable car is a kind of donation to the monks. As per the Kansai Thru Pass available area map, Eizan railway is covered by the pass but not sure about the bus No. 33 from Kibuneguchi station to Kifune Shrine!! Hi, thanks for watching our video! The ticket gate of Eizan Electric Railway has IC card reader, so you should be able to use Suica Card.
