it's lovely but for that price; there should be a central water system;central AC system; central water heater ;the house should also be fully automated, poor choice of ceiling down lights, ugly chandelier. I think the cost is mainly due to the location. thumbs up Gabriel.

I'm sorry; this house is not worth that price. This is a house that is worth half the price, or maybe a little more, not 1.2USD. What are the amenities that contribute to this price? All I can see is that the house has all the basic things that a house worth half the price should have. A swimming pool is not anything special in a house in the modern era of real estate. And for that price, the house shouldn't be that close to anyone. You should have a decent parking lot.
