coffee shop au would just lead to Katsumi being absolutely horrified at her one regular who keeps ordering drinks with dangerous levels of sugar in them
This gave me the amazing idea of coming up with what coffee/tea the main characters would get.

Emi: Iced coffee
Katsumi: Cappuccino
Yu: Bubbachino
Azumi: Boba tea
Neneko: One of those rainbow starbucks frappes
Awo: Mazagran
Hisako: Black coffee
Kiyoshi: Coffee grounds in water (no money for good coffee)
Katsumi: "How much marshmallow creme...?"

One fun idea for a similar telephone-like game: Person 1 designs a magical girl character. Person 2 draws that magical girl's civilian design. Person 3, without seeing person 1's design, draws a magical girl version of person 2's civilian design. Person 4 designs the civilian design of person 3's magical girl, and so on.

wait that's absolutely genius. maybe you get like 1 clue to the design the person before you went with? Like lets say you're designing a person doing a magical girl design, you get told smth like "They had a lot of blue" "There was a cat motif" "She wore a dress" etc etc

It honestly looks less like an art telephone and more like a detailed storyboard of a scene from a show with each artist making a frame. Like it starts out with seeing each other then one tackles the other since they haven't seen them in a while, gives them a noogie and then starts to go in for hug. It causes them to lose their balance and fall on the floor, and while the tacklee should be mad she's not and is to endeared while the tackler is apologizing and making sure they're ok. The scene ends with the tackler catching up with the tacklee and the tacklee happily listening with both on the ground. (I don't know who is who so sorry for not using names.)
the one tackling is named neneko and the one being tackled is katsumi! hope im spelling them right :")

The images unintentionally tell a story that’s like, Neneko was hanging unto Katsumi so much that they lost balance and fell, and for a moment they got caught in the moment and were about to “you know what” right then and there.
But one of them wasn’t quite ready for it, but it’s okay because they had a very mature conversation about it and agree to go slower. 🥺💕

I love that those drawings kinda say a story. Like Neneko surprise hugs and jumps onto Katzumi they trip and fall on the ground anime style and then they normally sit down and start talking. I think that's really Wholesome!💗

the whole scroll was hilarious. its like every single animator advanced time by a fraction of a second until all motion from the tackle had been distributed.

Hey! We've done art-telephone and it was like this: one person draws a character then blures the image till it's barely visible (not to a single color blob but enough to not recognise a character, you know) and then passes the blurred image to another artist. And another artist draws what they think is on the blurred image, then blures theirs and so on! Hope it will help :)

Having them side by side makes it feel like an animatic where a single kiss slide was missing.

Oooh I love their new designs!! Neneko looks a lot more flashy and royal, while Katsumi’s colors look a lot brighter and more noticeable, they also are arranged more like a rainbow prism so that’s also pretty cool!

I was watching it all go by, thinking 'yeah this is pretty dope, and I love how everyone can so easily get the same pose as everyone else and THEN HOLY SHIT SOMEONE'S 3D MODELING WHAT. As a 3D modeler myself, that's absolutely amazing, you go Airoah! Using it for the grease pencil and then making actual models for it, holy shit that's beautifully disturbing.
And then with PJ's bit it was like "okay how lewd is this gonna- DAAAAAAAAMN THAT EXPRESSION". This video hits all the notes I love to see in art.
