Actually the cud’s convertibles are rare I’m not sure on Chevy and fords im a mopar guy I’m not positive on 21 and the 1968 Dodge Dart super stock hemi form the factory to hurst performance there were only 500 those beat all these in my opinion. The dart was a drag car from the factory FYI they cam ready to drag but some people got in the darts at hurst parking lots and blew them up cause they didn’t know how to shift and didn’t warm them up and just complete idiots.

There are a LOT of problems with this video. The Corvette shown isn't a '67 (C2)... It's an early C3 ('68-'72). While there were a lot more than 20 LS6 Chevelles produced, LS6 convertibles are quite rare. It's believed to be 20 or fewer were produced. If the idiot who made the video would have put the CORRECT cars in the video it would help the credibility of it a LOT.

Glad I saw your entry as I was going to mention the same car. The fastest supercharged straight eight Mercedes in 1935 only made 160HP! The SSJ Duesys were the most powerful cars in the world, producing a reported 400 HP. Nothing else even came close to them. While Bugatti's engines were beautiful in appearance, the Duesenberg SSJ engines were both beautiful and menacing looking. They had a manually operated exhaust cutout under the dash. The 420 cu. in. blown, twin cam straight 8 must have sounded incredible.

Ottto Diesel recorded a patent including drawing in 1899 for the first hemispherical internal combustion engine design. From memory the design incorporates a centrally located spark plug with cooling fins externally indicating air-cooled application. There may or may not have been many design variations of this for many intended applications which would have been very smart back then as it would be today to discourage patent infringement fraud. I have often wondered how many fradulent inventor cheats in the bad old days, have accidentally blown themselves up on their way home from the feed, grain & tack store, after purchasing some good old #80 % Hercules which was perfectly legal to do so up until very recent times. For general purpose stump and rock removal around the farm or homestead. The invention of Mr Alfred Nobel of Nobel Peace Prize fame. Used to help my grandfather with such chores when I was quite young. My father never participated being completely scared to death. I still like to stand right underneath the very dangerous drop zone of the mortar tube launched fireworks if allowed in some unnamed locales. It feels very much like being hot by artillery because you do get hit by the hard plastic casing material that encase these very dangerous fireworks so proper attire is required. It's like being aboard a period correct wooden war ship in 17hundred when ever with a decent imagination . Caught and stopped a possible range fire getting ready to go like hell which is why I am there in the first place. It's not being brave. Properly attired its great fun and loud as hell when you get a premature detonation. Wear ear and eye protection among other proper clothing and have fun.

The 70 & 71 Plymouth Hemi Cuda convertible's however are the most sought after Chrysler Muscle cars...$2-3 million USD,I,ve read for one

Did you do ANY research before making this video? There were 4475 1970 Chevelle SS454 LS-6 cars made; only 54 1967 Yenko Camaros were produced ( not 104);if you are going to include a Shelby Mustang why not the 1967 Shelby GT 350 convertible. ONLY FOUR MADE. What about the 1969 Camaro ZL-1 ( 69 made) or the 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T 426 Hemi COnvertible? These vehicles are far more rare.

Randy do you do research before trying to Dis somebody else video ? Granted the title could of been worded better and it seems to be more his opinion. There is nothing wrong with that, and he did at least put up some nice cars. You however are dissing him for the same thing your list is ... and opinion. If you really want to break down rare cars .... you need to go more then just how many made . As factory options are very big in that as well as other things.

My Dad had a 1968 Corvette Convertible, hard top, canary yellow w/black leather interior, 427 big-block, 4spd, 12bolt posi, had less than 1300miles on it, and he was the 2nd owner when he bought it in 1971...I asked him if he knew how rare that car was, cuz I think that's the L88 package (I'm a Ford guy but I think thats right) and how much it was worth now? Wtf did you get rid of it for, were you drunk or some shit? I laughed a little bit, he did not when he said "We couldn't fit your f**kin baby seat in it"....I just shut up and walked away....

Just glad people are keeping these classics alive. 'Murican Muscle at its finest. Could've included the 68 Shelby 500 KR, though. My personal dream.
