ഇതിൻ്റെ പുറകിൽ ഉള്ള കരങ്ങൾ യുകെയിൽ 4 ദിവസം മുമ്പ് വന്ന പുതിയ ഗവൺമെൻ്റ് ആണ് ബ്രോ. യുകെ 12 ലക്ഷത്തോളം രൂപ ചെലവാക്കി കൊണ്ടുവന്ന ഇവർ പെട്ടന്ന് പോവുന്നത് അവർക്ക് വലിയ നഷ്ടം ആണ്. അത് നേരിട്ട് നീയമം ആക്കുവാൻ പറ്റാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് ന്യൂ സീലൻഡ് നെ കൊണ്ട് ചെയ്യിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇത് ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നെ സംഭവിക്കും എന്ന് മിക്കവർക്കും അറിയാവുന്നതും ആണ്. 3 വർഷം എങ്കിലും യുകെയിൽ വർക്ക് ചെയ്തിട്ട് പോവുക ആയിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ പ്രശ്നം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. 1 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞവർ യുകെ ഒരു പാത്ത് വെ ആയി തുടർച്ച ആയി ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പോയത് ആണ് പ്രശ്നം ആയത്. യുകെയിൽ ഈ ആഴ്ച കുറെ പുതിയ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരാൻ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
എന്തായാലും നല്ല തീരുമാനം. നഷ്ടം ഉണ്ടായത് 3 വർഷം എങ്കിലും ജോലി ചെയ്തിട്ട് മര്യാദക്ക് പോവാൻ ഇരുന്നവർക്ക് ആണ്. ഇനി പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് കാര്യം ഇല്ല.
ഇപ്പൊൾ തന്നെ യുകെയിലേക്ക് പുതിയതായി നേഴ്സുമാരെ എടുക്കൽ നിർത്തിയ അവസ്ഥ ആണ്.

Good decision NZNC, they just do all the assessments and give registration to UK nurses and they just take Australian registration and just move there without even touching NZ. Now the situation is changed in NZ , it’s already saturated and nurses who did CAP in NZ and completed nursing in NZ, not able to get job in NZ and moving back to India after visa got expired. So why they still doing these assessments and giving registration to UK nurses.
Also, I worked in NZ and in Australia, personally nursing job is better in NZ and salary also same as in Qld. So many nurses from NZ not moving to Australia currently , especially both husband and wife nurses. So, not much job openings.

Very good decision they made. They should have done this very earlier. People who try to get a direct Austalian registration from India have to undergo Nclex and Australian OSCE which is really tough. At the same time they recruit nurses from UK, ireland and NZ without any of these exams. Which is totally disappointing.
They do equivalent exams/programmes to get registration there. That's why they get direct registration with NZ
Those who got uk/ NZ / Ireland registration is because they have done equivalent exams there like OSCE or CAP. It is also long process, time consuming, expensive and TOUGH. So don’t underestimate those who are converting their registration into Australian one.

That's actually a good decision. Those who cleared direct australian registration via OBA pathway (Nclex RN and osce in australia )are struggling to get a job in Australia. Its really unfair what the nursing board actually doing. One side they give a tough pathway to clear registration process directly. Other side they give regn for nz registered UK ireland nurses with different ielts /oet scores. When we compare UK CBT vs NCLEX RN ,ofcourse NCLEX RN is a difficult exam. Also UK OSCE vs AU OSCE, OSCE in AU is more harder and challenging in all aspects. Also for direct australian regn need ielts 7 for all modules and B for oet all modules.
That is true ! Direct AHPRA registration process is much tougher and challenging compared to NZ pathway for UK / Ireland nurses

But do remember before making judgement, these people have to spend more money than those who got direct Australian registration through nclexrn. @@Youarechosen2604 So you think direct au registration is cheaper than uk-nz-au conversion? That's a day dream 😜 I did direct au regn (nclex rn and osce )and currently in australia. I know its not that cheaper. Whereas uk-nz-au conversion is more cheaper and candidates only pay fees for registration and verifications. Also if country need nurses with same standard the selection pathway also should be with same standard. Not with different english language score and all.

And last week nte friend nu mail vannu regarding self assessment and NZ OSCE athum will be held in NZ. Athil paranjekkunnath December 24 th inullil complete aakilel the whole registrations will be expired ennanu. Agency karkum valya idea illatha mattanu.. bro, we started it before July 1.. any idea why they are asking for it?

Bro, I submitted the IQN application on June 24 and when I did the self assessment tool it's showing as I'll have to attend the theory plus OSCE exams. You said its only applicable to candidates who're applying after/from July 01st. When I did the assessment after submitting my application it didn't show this requirement. Let me know anyone else also have similar experience. 😢
