ഞൻ ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിൽ റീജിയണൽ ഏരിയായിൽ ആണ് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. മെൽബണിൽ നിന്ന് 200 km ദൂരെയാണ് ഞാൻ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ. കഴിഞ്ഞ 6 മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഹോഡിപിറ്റലിൽ മാത്രം 50 ഓളം നഴ്സസ് uk യിൽ നിന്നും ന്യൂ സിലാൻഡിൽ നിന്നുമായി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്.

NZ ൽ ആകെ കൂടി 300 ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ടാകത്തില്ല. അവർക്കാവശ്യത്തിനുള്ള STAFF ഉം ഇതിനോടകം ആയിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇനി VACANCY ഉണ്ടാകണമെങ്കിൽ HOSPITAL, CARE HOMES എന്നിവ ഉണ്ടാകണം. അതൊന്നും ഉടനെ ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നില്ല. ബഡ്ജറ്റ് ആണ് പ്രശ്നം. ഓസ്ട്രേലിയ യിലും ബഡ്ജറ്റ് തന്നെയാണ് പ്രശ്നം. VACANCY ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും OVERSEAS റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റ് നിർത്തിവച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്.

എന്റെ പോണു സുഹൃത്തേ ഞങ്ങൾ കുടുംബം സമേതം വന്നിട്ട് 7 മാസമായി.ഇതുവരെ ഇവിടുന്നു നഴ്സിംഗ് ഫീൽഡ് അടക്കം ഒരുസ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു ഇന്റർവ്യൂ പോലും ഇവന്മാർ വിളിച്ചിട്ടില്ല നാട്ടിലേക്ക് തിരിച്ച് പോകാൻ ഇനി എന്ത് ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് ആലോചിച്ചിട്ട് ഒരുപിടിയും കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. ഇവിടുത്തെ സ്ഥിതി വളരെ മോശമാണ്.Apc യും കെപിസിസിയും എല്ലാം കിട്ടി കൈയിൽ ഉണ്ട് എന്ത് പ്രയോജനം. കൈയിൽ കിട്ടിയതിനെ പറത്തിവിട്ടുകൊണ്ട് പറന്നു നടക്കണതിന്റെ പിന്നാലെ പിടിക്കാൻ പോയപോലെ ആയി. 😪
