Anyone who really cares for the Palestinian cause should understand the Unity of Fields in the Resistance. Only then you will understand who supports Palestine, and who to support. The rest is all noise.

Hamas is not reason. From the beginning 1948 they were killing innocent civilians otherwise why Palestinians left all land orlive as third class citizens in their land. Israeli people from the beginning were brutal as hell towards them

This completely wrong and revisionist history. It was the Arabs that attacked and killed civilians that started the war for independence. 85% of Arabs (they weren’t identified as Palestinians until the 60s) left on their own accord, see Benny morris. Stop spreading lies.

I dont think that is what he is saying. The ICC only has jurisdiction in countries that have signed up to it.
By 2015, neither Israel nor Palestine has signed up. It was Hamas that pushed the PA to sign up. Israel is still not party to the ICC. However, the crimes are commited in Palestine which is a member state. That is why the ICC can have jurisdiction over Israeli leaders. Had BOTH Palestine and Israel still not signed up, then the ICC has no jurisdiction and is unable to issue the warrants
