- In this video, I will be showing you how to make this Super Tasty Prawn Biriyani. This is such an amazing dish that everyone should try making. It is simple to make, and I love making it for my family. I have also made a Mango Pachadi to go along side the Prawn Biriyani, the combination works amazingly together. Please enjoy watching and making the Best Prawn Biriyani :)
Prawn Biriyani ingredients:
Prawns - 500g
Some turmeric
Some salt
Rice - 2 cups
Mint - 1 handful
Some coriander
Tomatoes - 2
Onions - 4
Lime - ½
Some oil
Small cinnamon stick
Clove - 3
Cardamom pods - 3
Bay leaves - 2
Some salt
Turmeric - ½ teaspoon
Ginger and garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 3 teaspoons
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Yoghurt - 3 tablespoons
Coconut milk - ½ cup
Hot water - 2½ cups
Mango Pachadi ingredients:
Onions - 3
Tomato - 1
Some coriander
Green chillies - 3
Mango - 1
Some salt
Some black pepper
Some yoghurt

சூப்பர் அம்மா. நலம். நம்ம ஊரு ஆட்களுக்கு ஒன்னு சொல்றேன். தேங்காய் பால் 3 ஸ்பூன் அளவு சேர்த்து கொள்ளுங்கள் போதும். பச்சைமிளகாய் 2 அதிகமாக சேர்த்து கொள்ளுங்கள். ஏன் என்றால் தேங்காய்பால் சேர்க்கும் போது பிரியாணி கொஞ்சம் இனிப்பு சுவை தரும்
அது சிலருக்கு மட்டுமே பிடிக்கும். அப்போது 2 மிளகாய் சேர்த்து கொண்டால் சரியாக இருக்கும்..
