McT just had 2 good games. He was piss poor throughout the season.
Gary O'neil should get a shout for manager of the year if you're looking for a story in the PL. A young coach comes in to keep Bournemouth up and then gets sacked, moves to wolves just a few days before the start of the season and then does well there too.
Emery or Postecoglu would be good shouts as well, although postecoglu might just be recency bias
To be fair Andoni Iraiola has done a great job as O'Neill's replacement, has Solanke firing on all cylinders

What a neat idea. I think contextualising individuals is so important for these teams. Every great cross is made to look so by the scorer and every scorer makes a cross look better.

People usually predict young player for the season in their whole predictions, never seen a whole team though. But rn is odd because most of the vest players itw are young
Sorry, but even after the amazing job Dyche has done, I would never have picked him over Unai Emery. Everton went from relegation prospects to mid-table, Villa have gone from relegation prospects to title contenders.
They weren't relegation he's done a good job, but that's Kurt because Steven was so shirt anyone decent would've got that villa team back up to top half, esp after the summer signings. Everton 8s a mess, so much wrong, new stadium coming, changed managers almost as much as Chelsea in the last few years, 10 point deduction... & he hasn't got them playing like his old Burnley team exactly. & they'd had some major wins, where you don't expect it

When Gerrard was sacked, Villa were 17th. The only thing keeping them above the relegation places was goal difference. That firmly qualifies them as being relegation prospects.
Don’t know why someone like Osimhen or Kavara didn’t get a mention for Napoli winning their historic scudetto, or Xabi Alonso’s highflying Bayer Leverkusen

I think Saliba deserves a shout. 22/23 debut season in England; huge part in turning Arsenal into the best defensive/off the ball team in the league; and of course, we've had absolutely shite defenders for so many years before his arrival. That's some story.
I turned it off after the first two players. Perhaps I'm using recency bias but I think Martinez is vastly over rated and although Burn has been solid, I don't think he's that good either.
