I mean... we did get Persona Q2, which had the Investigation Team AND SEES work with the Phantom Thieves (minus Kasumi).
Shinjiro and Akechi have some interesting interactions in that game.

Honestly don't see IT working together again. Maximum we can get is Yu and Naoto seeing as the rest of the cast doing their own thing in Inaba. Shadow operatives on the other hand...

@@tastethecock5203 That's probably true since the SEES and shadow operatives are an actual organization funded by the Kirijo group that still busts shadows in adult hood. While the investigation team getting together was informal and a response to being targeted and murders in their town.

So the Investigation Team does canonically meet the former living members of SEES, now the Shadow Operatives. Well, Yosuke trying to hit on Mitsuru. Not surprised though. Mitsuru's mature, smart, and sexy and the way she dresses with that skintight catsuit and fur coat is so impeccable! Any guy would go after her. Funny how they're married in real life. But Yuri Lowenthal does voice not only Yosuke, but the Persona 3 protagonist too. Although it would be cool to be a model like Yukari.
