Piccolo has an arm when he shoots the first special beam cannon and doesnt when he shoots the second one, thats the whole thematic behind the swinging twice thing. Also arguing that "its fine that piccolo has an 8 energy requirement because its green and it ramps" isnt a great argument because green is already having trouble stabilizing to get to 8 in THIS format. imagine next format with bardocks dual attacking you at 3 energy for literally 0 cost and drawing a card while doing it, red koing a battle card while taking lives for 2 energy and yellow swinging at you with an army of literally immortal buus. Unless piccolo gets a completely ridiculous, exclusive ramp card, theres absolutely no point to using this leader. This will also probably not be the case because of the absolute uselessness of the bubbles & gregory cards, since their effects will never proc and if they need to be at the drop for kai to work youll probably have to combo bubbles, a 0k, out of hand for the effect to function. As it is right now, 17 has a better value out of special beam cannon because he can already ramp incredibly fast and has a guaranteed restand with doctor gero.
I dont get how people forgot to get 8 energy. Isn't that hard for green? I'm still going to play the leader and with the new special beam cannon and swing 50k is going to hurt
@@kaliqalexander7687 or rather just run 4 mighty masks, 20k vanillas are better than 15s anyway, also you'll only need to see either 2 mighty masks or 1 mighty mask and 1 trunks/ goten for the whole game

With gotenks cost 4 can you recover two mighty masks? or a trunks youth and a mighty mask?
You can do two might masks. I think it’s worth running like 4 trunks 4 goten and then 2-3 mighty masks
