    I wonder what it would be like to try to remove grease and sludge from an engine with no real way to wash the sediment away. I would think it would be blasted off on surface only to fly around and stick to another.

    FASCINATING!!! brilliant idea and very effective! I love it, my question is it sold worldwide, is there any additional equipment needed, is it easy to operate and how would a company be able to purchase some of these? I would love to see these used in shops instead of sandblasters. What is the price for one unit?

      @TheDarkSoul >It is used in the USA already for years to remove a smoke smell from homes & buildings subjected to a fire. Either direct or indirect, if your neighbors house starts on fire, catches your house on fire, once demolition reveals the condition of floor studs, ceiling joist, wall studs in good structural condition, the dry ice machine is used to remove the black residue from the structural members. This is to remove the smoke smell from the house so it can be rebuilt. Note; Wood is not cheap in 2021. It will take 2-3 years for this price to drop as lumber yards paid the same higher prices of course at a price point to make a profit margin. This effects “Home Owners Insurance” cost and going up $500 per year. So we pay for higher wood cost without buying any!
      I just want to used this to strip the paint off of vehicles! Will it work? Does it need higher air pressure? My religion is against fire near or on me! Great idea, but saw it a month ago on “This Old House” from the same people who do asbestos abatement.

    After the dry ice blasting, how is the dirt collected and disposed?

    • @ICSicecleaningsystems
      @ICSicecleaningsystems  Před 3 lety +1

      Contaminants can be solid, viscous or liquid (paint, carbon deposits, glue, grease, sugar, ink, impurities ...). During the dry ice blasting process most of the dirt falls on the floor or on the ground, from where such dirt can be removed by vacuum-cleaning or sweeping.

    • @tibotibo6
      @tibotibo6 Před 3 lety +1

      @Juan Ignacio Caino Are you sure? Dry ice is obviously frozen CO2. When it warms up, it's coming back to it's gaz form. How could it loose it's carbon and combine with hydrogen?

    • @tibotibo6
      @tibotibo6 Před 3 lety

      @Juan Ignacio Caino Did you ever read it? It says: "The primary environmental residue of dry ice blasting is the sublimed CO2," ( industrial section, 3rd paragraph). I'm beginning to wonder if you're confusing with the combustion of hydrogen, wich, combined with oxygen, leads to the formation of water.

    • @tibotibo6
      @tibotibo6 Před 3 lety +1

      @Juan Ignacio Caino Of course we can easily suppose in all his life this product emits less CO2 and other pollution than other methods of cleaning, I don't argue with that. The point that confuses me is your claim it's turns into water, wich is not seems to be the case, as dry ice manufacturers warns about the CO2 level rise in a non ventilated area.

    • @ICSicecleaningsystems
      @ICSicecleaningsystems  Před 3 lety +2

      we dont produce CO2. "Dry ice is very environmentally friendly. In a way, dry ice sublimation is a “zero sum game”. Although dry ice is made from solid carbon dioxide, it never produces or releases excesses carbon dioxide into the environment when it turns into its gaseous form and does not contribute to the greenhouse effect. In fact, dry ice is being used more in more as replacement “technology” for more environmentally destructive processes. Dry ice blasting, which replaces chemical cleaning solvents with dry ice pellets to safely clean all types of industrial equipment, is a great example. Agriculture, meat processing, food and fuel shipping, pest control, emergency preparedness-the list of industries tapping into eco-friendly dry ice alternatives to improve their processes goes on and on."
