The reason I bought mi 11 ultra because of 67 watt fast charging (+wireless as well) with big battery 5000 and the rear screen can use to take selfie 🤳 by using rear 📷 .and the chip is Snapdragon not exynos 😅 it pretty worth to buy as compare to Expensive Samsung S21 ultra (no Snapdragon chip in Malaysia)

Design wise, samsung still killed it.
The ceramic panel is uber-scratch-resistant and feels smooth without being too slippery, but it boosts the weight compared to glass.
But the official factory case is matt finished anyway--I think I would like a carbon fiber finish.

What brand do you normally buy?. I Changed from Samsung before to Huawei p30 pro. 2 years later after my contract I went back to samsung. I think it's best to stick to a brand you know as it can be an expensive mistake.

There is report from XDA Miui 12.5 on 11 ultra improved battery life and Ui is more smooth and even faster than Oxygen OS.Even no change log for camera update,but because the UI is lighter its improved camera performance especially in hdr photo processing

Things change when you're in Europe and have to stick with the Exynos version of the s21u. I'm trying to decide wich phone to get between them two... If we had access to the snapdragon it would be a no brainer... But between the exynos and the mi11u SD I think the mi11u is the more solid package with better camera capabilities, beter chipset and more room to improve. We have the exynos version for a few months now and it's still behind the snapdragon version!
I can live with a few more milliseconds when opening an app or 3% less screen on time... But I cannot admit (as a photographer) having the same phone model with inferior camera quality because of using a diferent chip.

How about Exynos 2100 vs sd888 camera comparison ? In the past chipset comparison, sd 865 and exynos 990, camera comparison isn't that different. Even some youtuber reviews that saying exynos slightly better for camera..but I can't really trust exynos.

Be aware of the over heating problem! My S21 Ultra Snapdragon version overheats within seconds when video recording and shuts down automatically (prbly before it would explode). Samsung mentioned this issue would be solved with a software update which I am waiting for for 5 month already. Nothing happens and Samsung support would not even answer emails.

Hey bro, my device is already set to Auto (Recommended) in the Ignore accidental touch section and it covers the entire edge all around. If I choose anymore it will affect my swipe from edge function. Also just call me Lim, not Mr. Lim - 😁😁

Yes Mi 11 Ultra has that big 0.5 inch periscope zoom lence of 120x whereas that samsung only had small 0.3 inch 10mp sensor

Got my unit yesterday (Malaysia) it is so far a great device esp the camera.
Compared to s21 ultra probably advantage of pricing, rear display (great photo for selfie with main camera/ wide camera), amazing charging speed and miui is great!
Just concern a bit about the device getting a bit warm with long use n battery is draining fast.
Overall best device with that price u paying.

I think the Snapdragon version has the in the middle colour (not cool, not warm). But overall, still and solid as it can be.

Can I ask a couple questions..
1. Do you find the close up shots and mid range shots on the mi 11 are nicer? More camera like and better background blur?
And 2. Does it get caught on your pocket and stuff? I'm worried it's too big then with the extra bump it'll be too much but also I feel like the bump might be nice for holding it..

The S21 consistently produces overprocessed and oversharpened images. Maybe you just enjoy the fake HDR look and the sharpening halos?

Yes an that imx586 zoom sensor of Mi 11 Ultra is far better than S21's small periscope sensor of 10 mp
No mi 11 cant better than s21 ultra because it used 5x optical rather than 10x with s21 .. so more digital zoom on mi 11 than s21 .. mp actually needed for crop the picture but good sensors more need like last year s20 ultra used 4x optical 48 mp but note 20 used 5x optical 10 mp but in 50x zoom note 20 still better

I bought the Mi 11 Ultra and it's an amazing phone. However, on the AT&T network, I'm only able to use it for calls and texts. No mobile data use. Kind of a bummer as this is such a nice phone.
Mi 11 Ultra has serious battery drain issues during video recordings. My phone went from 60% to 15% in just 20 minutes of video recording. THATS RIDICULOUS XIAOMI!

The Mi 11 Ultra looks awesome. I’m kinda tempted to buy it but I am nervous about switching from iOS to android. The last time I tried to switch with the Note 20 Ultra I was disappointed and ended up switching back to my iPhone XS. Can you test something for me? Set the headphone volume limiter and then turn the volume up to the max. Does it warn you that the volume is limited? If it does, does it give you the option to not remind again? I hated that about the note. I use volume limiter so I don’t blow my eardrums out but on the note it would warn me every time I turned the volume up that it’s limited. It’s like “I know it’s limited, I fricken set it to be limited!! Stop bothering me!!!”

@@maleehakhan5726 Yeah it is. I did buy the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra and I've been using it for about a month. I'm pretty happy with it overall, far more than I was with the Note 20 Ultra. There are still some things I miss about my iPhone but there are some great things about the Mi 11 Ultra as well so it's kind of a tradeoff either way. If I could take some of the things I like about the Mi 11 Ultra and put them into the iPhone 13 Pro then I would probably still take the iPhone but for now I'll just keep using what I have and enjoy it.
Would love to know the audio quality in the video recording test. I watched one comparison between 11lite vs a72. Samsung has better audio recorded.

How good is the battery life on the MI 11 Ultra for vlogging videos?
Hi Liam, in my country I bought S21U 512GB for 1100 euro and the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra will arrive at 930 euro for the 256GB. It bothers me a little the Exynos chip GPU is 20% weaker than Snapdragon 888 and tends to throttle. I was thinking if to change for the Xiaomi, I have played a bit with the MI 11 in their showroom and it tends to be a little hot and the software looks basic out of the box. Performance-wise seems good but it's also trust to consider. That being said, if these 2 phones were the same price which one would you prefer?
Hey buddy, the SD888 is known to get a little warm when it comes to heavy use (gaming/photographs). Personally I think that if you're already on the S21U, there is no reason to change your device. However, if you are a new buyer, then assuming price is both the same, I might actually go with the Mi 11U simply because I prefer that camera.
you have a simple choice: stay with the device that has consistent, but not so spectacular graphic performance, or go for the device that delivers the highest possible graphic performance, but at a price (overheating).

Xiaomi need to work more with their software for zooming, because both phones are abilities in term of cameras
11 ultra only has 120mm periscope lense compared to 240mm periscopic on s21 ultra. So whatever tweaks they does to it’s software still can’t match the zooming range on 21. Thats the differences. But the megapixel counts on xiaomi might help for better zooming. Not to mention the f~stop on each zooming lenses also play a big roles.
I like to get samsung but they sell Exynos version sooo yeah I will choose mi over that...
S21 does look more sophisticated, but the m11u just has something about it. Maybe I'm just hooked on the 1 1.1 inch sensor

I completely disagree with you with you saying the S21 Ultra tends to be on the cool blue side. Looking at the video even the photos you're showing in your video I just feel like the S21 Ultra has better colors more accurate to the eye and the mi 11 Ultra is oversaturated

I'm really contemplating between these 2 phones. But charger is really a deal breaker for me. I use my phone all the time for watching videos, listening to music, reading mangas, etc. So 1 hr plus of charging isn't it for me. And no free charger?! Samsung s21 u is more expensive in our country and if I have to buy charger on top of that, it's just troublesome. And it can only support what? 45W? Whereas you get 67W for the Xiaomi. So I 'm leaning towards the Xiaomi. But you can tell me otherwise. 😁
Why you didn't tell about that 48 MP periscope 120x zoom lens on Mi 11 Ultra with that Huge 1/2 inch sensor far better then s21's smaller 1/3.2 inch small sensor?????
Because the cameras on the s21 ultra are just better at taking consistently good photos, and the zoom is better on the s21 ultra At 100x. At 120x the Xiaomi's zoom is super low res
Gotta say tho they are the 2 best zooms on the market
@@TempFurion007 bro samsung has 10x optical against Mi's 5x optical but the fact that Mi has larger sensor for zoom unables it to reach 120x and if u kept that at 100x then compare with s21 u got better results on Xiaomi as well as this is the reason why samsung can't zoom more than 100x coz of that small sensor and last year's S20 Ultra only has 4x optical still it reaches out 100x because that time samsung implemented large 1/2 inch sensor for that zoom instead of this years 2 small sensors

And the s21 cant zoom because of the software. You can technicaly zoom 120x digital on the s21 by cropping in later.

@@TempFurion007 I think u have tested it in old Miui 12 out of the box version, retest it now in 12.5 version of Mi 11 Ultra coz s21 has already got 3 updates since launch and that fact thatsst year the 100x quality is too blurry in s20 Ultra but after many updates we can see a big change happened

Used both brands. Love xiomy value for money but Samsung often give valuable gift upon purchase and telco offer reduce the price a lot.
Love one ui a lot more than miui but the ir blaster is very2 useful and the backscreen looks tempting. But i missed the spen of my note9 quite a lot. Remote shutter, Taking off screen notes, translating texts. Though I'll surely appreciate fast charging and charger that come along with mi ultra

I have been using MI Note 4 since 2017 till todate battery backup is excellent. I think they have better Battery technology after Nokia compare to any other phone brand. I have used Nokia, LG, Motorola, SonyEricsson and Samsung Phones so far .. Xiaomi is the best mobile brand after Nokia. Xiaomi has grown to 3rd largest mobile manufacturing company after apple and Samsung within 10 years is not that easy.
