Absolutely lovely, insightful and joyous talk. What a reminder for us all. No matter you religious or spiritual perspectives, we all engage in many many rituals, often times unwittingly. Thank you for helping us remember the oh so importance of engaging this very act.
I really enjoyed this TED talk!!!! I have a business I am developing and it pretty much revolves around the idea of taking the time to perform micro rituals every day. Thank you sharing, we need more speeches like this :)

It's amazing to find people that we synchronize and have a further understanding or our mission! love it!
I really appreciated the message of this TED talk as someone who both participates in and leads earth-based spiritual ceremonies. What I've learned: It's important not to appropriate traditions from other cultures without permission and also training. Also, I don't recommend creating ceremonies that create harm. If you must release things into the environment, make sure they are biodegradable (balloons are not).
Thank you reminding us about the power of moments and rituals to encapsulate them ... bringing our attention to the present, the situation and the people around us!
