Started watching this channel as well as a few other detailing/ car cleaning channels in the last 7 weeks after I bought my new car. Never bothered about doing a proper wash and clean on my other cars before, as long as it looked clean it was good enough for me. But now I’ve learned so much and I’m sure this car will look top notch for many years now.
I’ve Washed this car 5 times now plus with all the other stuff it actually looks better than the day I picked it up.

The IK Foamer is expensive here in my country. I use sprayer (like the one you guys have for rinseless) to put shampoo on the car. It’s not sudsy, but it does its job by breaking down the grit. I like this method more than the messy foam cannon with pressure washer.

Also, if one wanted to go from using this to any of the 3, 5, or 8 year coatings would there have to be some special procedure to remove or insure that quick beads or ceramic gloss won’t interfere with the coatings ability to adhere? I do have a pressure washer but sometimes I can’t be bothered to set it up or make noise etc. if you do a pre-treat and then rinse with a hose, it leaves a bit more traffic film than it might with a pressure washer. If you then did a Rinseless wash of that traffic film, is that still ‘safe’ to do? I feel like detailers have scared us all about contact washing any kind of dirt whatsoever!

It’s the one process you guys do that I won’t do😂. I abhor the smell of Iron Remover so I don’t use it on paint or glass…wheels only. I clay with normal lubrication from the car soap or Rinseless Wash.

Using it this way dramatically reduces the fragrance.

@@diydetailofficial 😂😂I may give it a shot on this weeks details. I most definitely use Incredible Suds! However Incredible Suds smells so good I’d hate to ruin that smell😂😂

When you talked about your mix for the wheel cleaner. You said you mixed All Clean 15/1 and just a little bit of Incredible Suds. Can I ask about how much water you had in the sprayer and then how much is a little bit of incredible suds.

I don't see how the iron remover can do its job when you're using so little of it, and the suds on the car don't allow the chemical the time it needs to do its job. I understand the desire to be efficient, but I doubt you're getting the results you could achieve by using the traditional chemical decon method of applying it to a dry car and allowing it to dwell a few minutes.

Try it, you will see it’s actually more effective.

If used how we advocate you will see using only 1oz for a whole car dramatically reduces the fragrance
