Studies show that rosemary is as effective as minoxidil. I was put on minoxidil when I was younger due to a bald patch and yes that stuff works so now I just use rosemary water. If you got thinning hair try it along with derma rolling! Also make sure you’re not deficient in b12, vitamin d and iron.
Also red onion is good too to clean your scalp and reduce hair fall. I know it smells gross but I mix it in with some rosemary 😁
false. If you have androgenic alopecia none of what you said will work against it, youll just lose more hair. You need a 5ar enzyme blocker to slow down the loss. The rosemary study was a small study who only looked into 2% minoxidil instead of 5% which is used for hairloss.

FYI on finasteride. Side effects are extremely rare and often mirror the same percentage of placebo groups in studies. Dr. Russell Knudsen, a leading hair loss doctor in Australia, also recommends taking it three times a week vs everyday. Hair transplant is not permanent in fact you need to be over 25 or 30 because the follicles sensitivity to dht could change while aging, theres many cases of patients needing to get more transplants down the line because their transplanted hairs starting minituriazing aswell.
@@SmallBallsBigSmell its been 2 years since i have a hair transplant and its still the best decision of my life, cant imagine how frustrated i am if i have to continue using minox, finasteride, or other treatment like prp
@@rsatriasuryacandra23 best to do a scalp biopsy. Its literally proven that you must use finasteride after doing a hair transplant.
Yeah but minoxidil requires permanent usage otherwise your hair will go back to where it was, and I’ve heard and read many stories about people who end up not using it anymore because the effect lessens to work over time.
That's why minoxidil is recommended for life.
Add Micro needleing and Zinc as 4th and 5th and you are good to go ig
4. Just shave your hair, embrace it who cares
Hair is all about genetics
You might wanna skip the 2nd option...
Do not just use minoxidil by itself. I had great results for about 2 years & now my hair is even worse despite continuous use. Minoxidil doesn’t address the route cause of hairless which is DHT on the scalp basically suffocating your hair follicles. Add Finasteride or the hair loss will progress faster than the minoxidil works. My hair looks horrible now. Im shaving it bald. I have a good beard at least -I’m only 26🙃
just stick with Biotin , lots of protein and … the most underestimate … the power of proper sleep… sleep by 22:00hrs and woke up at 05:00 hrs and hit the gym …
I, stopped making such mistakes & this resulted in my hair health getting better without any hairfall: Mistake No. A. Leaving hair oil on my scalp too an extended period of time... Instead Just leave it applied for three to four hours just. Mistake No. B. Rubbing hair oil forcefully on my scalp. Instead, rub it softly. Mistake No. C. Using hair oil with excess. Rather Use less quantity and spread it evenly. Mistake No. D. Not de-tangling hair before oiling. Rather use a dual tooth comb of neem wood. Mistake No. E. Rinsing my hair immediately after oiling. Rather allow for 3-4 hrs , then just clean ur hair. Mistake No. F. I was using harsh shampoo, oil, conditioner. Rather use mild, organic ones only. For example, I switched to littlextraa cocoonionn antihair fall kit and it solved my hair issues.
There is a problem with monoxidel you need to use it forever if you stop your hair can go away 😢
Duh. Just like you have to continue to take finasteride…….
I have heard that taking biotin supplements won’t help with hair regrowth unless your hair loss is linked to biotin deficiency.
Sir Minoxidil has the biggest side effect.
It's like a drug to your hair follicles. Once you stop using it, your hair will fall like crazy !!
That's why minoxidil is recommended for life.
@@quartz5695 better get bald lol

A friend of mine was taking something with Saw Palmetto and Biotin and some other ingredients I can't remember the names of. Apparently, DHT is the cause of hair loss. Saw Palmetto blocks DHT. This stuff was in a capsule that he swallowed one in the morning and one in the evening. It did spectacular things for him with no side effects, and it was only like $35/month.
