been playing cs irregularly since 2015. Even tho TF2 has always been my main game, this still brings so much nostalgia
I've fully converted to CS after Jungle Inferno. It really shows Valve just does not care about Team Fortress anymore with the lack of updates and ignoring bugs and hackers.
I've been trying to remember when I started playing CS. I didn't play any matchmaking for the first year, mostly surf dms and private lobbies with my friends, and I was really young, so I didn't have the funds to open cases, so there is almost nothing in the game year-wise to ground me in when I started playing. Watching this video helped a lot in pinpointing exactly when I started. (Summer of 2014, between Operation Phoenix and Breakout)

@@aoki6332 i played csgo between 2015-2020 a lot and had some decent skins. after i stopped playing it regularly i sold all my skins in 2019 and now that i started playing again and checked what the prices are, i could have gotten 3-4 times the money. i was so pissed

What makes it even weirder: As a German, I absolutely HATE watching German streamers who speak English. I can't watch them, cannot stand the accent (as I try to avoid it myself), can't do it for a minute. But for some reason, ohne is a complete exception. I honestly don't know why.

Yeah I agree, old operation was like an actual operation where it was like guided and had a story to it, now it's just mostly get certain amount of kills or do this do that in public lobbies with some actual missions

I think he's referring to it being a new gun that was never in the Counter-Strike games before, as both the M4A1-S and USP-S was in Source, 1.6 and so forth.

While this is true, he seems to also be a victim in this. He was having a clear mental breakdown, his parents tried to get him institutionalized but the authorities refused to do so. Not defending his actions but he clearly wasn't mentally stable and the people whose job were to protect him from himself didn't do so, sadly, it's a story with only losers.

The demand is not there, unless... it is a collectors cache... but again, it's demand is less... it is like opening 200 worth of item and if it isn't right you get 1 worth of item or 30 worth. if u hit, it is 1500 to 2000 worth and super hit can be 3000 to 3500 worth. But hey, that's just my thoughts, after 13 years in dota2

Let alone everyone gets the math wrong. Its not 1 in 4000 case its each case itself has 1/4000 meanin if you opened 10 youd have 10/40000…. 100 100/400000… and so on. Not 4000 case mean 1 lore.

OR 5 in cases 240000 its really not that hard to follow. opening a case doesnt make your odds go 1/4000 to 2 in 4000 its 1 in 4000 to 2 in 8000 to 3 in 12000 the odds reset each case they dont add to the nominator.

its simple fractions. 1/4000 doesnt become 2/4000... 3/4000.... 4/4000
its 1/4000- 2/8000-3/12000-4/24000 every time you open a case the chances reset. meaning.... if you open 30 cases it wont be 30/4000 for a knife but 30/120,000 cases.
everytime someone opens a case their chances restart. you cant add to the nominator and not times or add to the denominator...
