Pulled with my gf, she got me jean on 20th pull, and exactly 56 pulls later got me kazuha
Then I used my remaining 79 pulls on Neuvillete and got him on that exactly number *CALCULATED*
170 wishes got: Kazuha, Tighnari, Neuvillete, Skyward Pride, Freedom Sworn, Tome of The Eternal Flow

If they saved since 4.1 then yes they would have that many wishes till now. Also have take note that if it includes exploration and quest as well
If you think those primo counts are only obtainable as a whale then you definitely haven't tried to save up primos for a couple of months

There are tons of primos in exploration, dailies, events etc plus don't pull on something that you don't want..
