- Neuvillette is here in Genshin's 4.1 update, with Wriothesley not far behind. I was unsure of whether we'd be pulling for Neuvillette since I really want to get the first cryo catalyst character on this Catalyst-Only account...
but Neuvillette just looked too fun / goofy to not pull for
This is inspired by my own Swords Only playthrough we currently have running on the channel. That account is at a point where we just need to farm domains to further build characters, so with plenty of catalyst-wielding characters on the horizon, it's time to begin this journey as well.

Neuvilette in razor term:
Skill give 3 drop. Burst give 6 drop. Eat 3 drop make charge attack charged fast. Kamehameha

For this patch at least, please login to all your accounts daily. There's a free login 10 pull cuz of the anniversary. If you do all the events and archon quests along with like 80% exploration, you will get 70-80 wishes from this patch. Though I am very sure that slaving for primos for the cryo catalyst is gonna be great content for you
golden troupe (the other set in the domain) is actually really good on yae miko, so if you get lucky while farming for marechausee for neuvillette, you could also build her

It is her BiS if you aren't using her as an on fielder. In aggravate teams though her burst is a very significant portion of her damage so I'd go with whatever 2p/2p combo gives her the best over all stats.

I thought it would be best to keep her on EM for now, for hyperbloom.
...but it's also very strong on nahida, if you give deepwood to whoever doesn't really need specific artifacts (probably Kokomi)

(Not a leak anymore since she’s been officially announced!) Charlotte is also gonna be another cryo catalyst available in 4.2! So if you don’t get Wriothesly, don’t worry, you’re not out of luck for a cryo character just yet!

16:32 you can use that set on Yae (non-hyperbloom) and Heizou, or pretty much anyone that uses their skill for damage

Note to Java: the Golden Troupe is THE BEST set for Yae. It’s currently her best in slot so I highly reccomend using that on her. It gives massive skill dmg when off field which is cracked for her. Hope it helps :3
Technically if you loose 50/50 on the next banner you can still get a cryo catalyst bc Charlotte is coming next patch.

She is only useful as panic heal + reso for Wrio in Spells Only. Remember you have no access to Xiangling here

Nuevilette in razor
Charged attack is kamehameha
Skill means you don’t need to charge kamehameha
Burst means you don’t need to charge kamehameha twice.

Just so you know, in theis version will get a catalyst weapon for free that is really good on wriothesley, it's an event weapon so you can get R5 for free, okey after reading the forge's weapon's passive, it would be like this: event weapon on wriothesley and the forge weapon on neuvilette since he scales off of hp.
That catalyst is actually pretty bad for wriothesley, I mean its usable but worst option when we compare it to the other catalysts
It would be better the other way round since the forge weapon gives atk, which is useless on Neuv who also needs ER.

the second artifact set is very good, probably a BIS for Off field yae miko if you’re ready to kiss goodbye all those emblem, thundering fury runs and the filler set from the scaramouche domain (ik i had to)

I’m not sure when the event is exactly but we are getting an event catalyst weapon. Pretty excited for that. After watching the whole vid I kinda want to pull for him but I have guaranteed and im waiting for Nahida.. They look so fun together tho

In this patch, there is a ton of primos cause of gifts and login events, so with vigorous enough farming you can get them both with maybe minor swiping! Good luck!

I got him at 11 pity and so I built him up and he is a powerhouse 😭
the skill damage set is pretty good for yae, especially high con yae, but also very workable for low con yae. depending on whether you use her on field or off-field, you can use the two piece (on field) or the four piece set (off field) on her. its not technically her best in slot but thats just because yae generally doesn't have a best in slot artifact set.
They drip marketed charlotte with furina so you'll have a chance at a cryo catalyst either way, don't sweat it! I'm sure you can get both wriothsley and mr. lawful tho ^^
As a French viewer, Fontaine is one of the best thing that happened to genshin in a long time cause seeing content creators struggle with name is kinda hilarious

If you decide to farm the new artifact set for Neuvilette, the other set, Golden Troupe, is good on pretty much any off field character. Normally it's used with Fishl but I bet it'd work on Miko too
We are also gettting Charlotte in 4.2 who is rumored to be a cryo catalyst as well so soon there will be two.
Side note, since the Warden's job is to maintain order in the prison you could refer to the two of them as Law & Order.
The other artifact set (the one that is not for nevilette) is good for Yae.

golden troupe can be used for yae, it can used for any offielder that needs E as their off field support (again Yae, Nahida, Kokomi mostly but nahida and kokomi have their own sets respectively)
You should do the fontaine artifact domain more because The golden troupe set is really good for Yae Miko.

Golden Troup is great for off-field DPS Yae Miko, it boosts her damage by a very large amount
Congratulations on getting the hydro bump judge if you are worried about the other guy then just remember Charlotte is confirmed Cryo Catalyst, also you should max level Sucrose already since you don’t have that many supports.
Only issue is that Charlotte is a 4*, so wishing for her may be risky.
Also we don’t deal in leaks so shhh
Charlottes weapon is not announced yet we only know she’s cryo

Charlotte will be a cryo catalyst too ! Waiting for so long clearly paid off
new characters in razor terms:
neuvillette scales off hp (like hu tao or yelan) and is a CHARGED ATTACK dps. charged atk takes time to charge before big kame hame ha lazer. skill and burst drop orbs. eat orbs to make charged atk charge faster. quicker kame hame ha
wriothesley scales off atk like normal and is a dps. skill enhances his normal attacks and makes him lose hp. lower hp (to a certain point) means bigger dmg (like hu tao). burst is low cost and just does some damage
Charlotte will also be a cryo catalyst user and is likely coming in 4.2 in case this knowledge is of any use.
Btw I never thought that the challenge was obtaining the character, I always saw it as completing the content

The nice piece artifact set is great for Yae Miko
U can farm the Fontaine rocks underwater easily with the crab power but also yanfei breaks rocks easily (charge attack)
Don't forget Charlotte! She's a cryo catalyst too, possibly on furina's banner
iirc, that other artifact set, rn is the best in slot for yae miko and fishl, so yeah, you have a character that can use it in that account :D
im literally in the same situation as u I also want the first ever Cryo catalyst but his play style is so cool so I pulled him I
I started a spells only account like yours and in the span of ten minutes I’ve pulled Neuvillette Mona Sucrose and Barbara
you can use him best with any electro off field application (aka miko e or Lisa q) so a good rotation would be
Sucrose e , miko e, neuvilette q, sucrose q and then neuvilette e and just charged attack
That was pretty much my plan to XD if I get him early then I pull on the weapon banner for a bit... Up to pity I needed to go for my c5 mona
@JavaTheCup the condessence crystals are easier to mine underwater. just use the ability from a crab or jellyfish
The other set is also really good on Yae kiko, so this domain is great for you

Btw theres a really good team here for neuvillette. His talent increases his charged atk dmg by an absurd amkunt if you trugger 3 DIFFERENT hydro reactions.
It just so happens that using sucrose, Nahida and Yae Miko can achieve all three and also get a hyperbloom comp

you shoulve spent your resins on the Golden Troupe Artifact (which i totally didnt google out the name) rather than spending your resins on the deepwood domain.But you didnt know you'd get Neuvilette
To ve honest, since this a CRYO CATALYST after almost 3 years, I wouldn’t mind if you spend a little money or if people donate to the account. I mean, hopefully you don’t have to…but we know your luck lol. Maybe make a poll
Also, the new set (the white one that I forgot the name) is actually kinda broken on yae miko
I'm not sure if you know this but from version 4.1 you don't have to do dailies everyday. Doing quests, opening chests and collecting oculie will count towards your dailies. So if you open two chests it will count as doing one daily. You can still do dailies if you want to but you don't have to.
As for Neuvillette, you might not feel it now but he gets interrupted a lot so Ning is actually a good choice for him. Also the other set you get along with his set is really great for Yae Miko. it increases skill damage by up to 70%.
I've barely played since way back when I got Venti on his first banner ever, but I decided to start again and got a little excited when I did the test run for Neuvillette and found him really cool/fun... So I ended up spending money to get him (I lost a 50/50 to Keqing with my freemos), only to find out I literally cannot level him past 40 for many more hours because I've barely completed Liyue main story lmao
The golden troupe set is actually pretty good for yae! At least, thats what ive heard.
