Right now I'm living at a homeless shelter and I just started selling cars again. It takes me two hours to walk to work and two hours home. Going to rise above and do what it takes to get there! You can do this!
I'm right there with ya brother im living in tent ⛺ tent life but it keeps it fresh that I can't ģet comfortable here I am reminded of this daily yea while it's nice to be out in nature but it would be way better to come to my tent area on the weekends and have the option of leaving but some of us don't get that luxury life is what we make it and I'll be damned if I'm gunna settle fir this and just be mediocre in life while nothing wrong with mediocre it just isn't for me ya know I have the potential to 10x as long as I'm committed and others are committed we can do so much more then we can imagine networking is key getting some confidence built up and the investing in self is vital to long jevity in real estate investing!!

I have started with nothing in a different country in 2013. I made a little better money. The second half of 2015 I went to the bottom. 2016, 26th of May, I went back on again on my feet, starting with nothing to the name, yet still doing whatever it takes! Today, I am grateful

Grant, you'll probably never see this. But, I got a sales call from a guy on your team a couple of days ago about a real estate seminar being held a month from now and in that call, I remember telling him I couldn't afford to attend because I'm "At the Bottom". After that phone call of course I'm seeing this video speaking on being at the bottom but my life is changing before my eyes. Simultaneously I'm 30 days away from closing my first real estate deal that's lord willing going to bring more money than I've seen in my life to date AND just last night my girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me. I'm 21, my mom also passed away tragically from a heart attack just a little over a year ago. If I learned anything from you I learned that life throws you shit, take the good with the bad but JUST DON'T QUIT. Thank you for the inspiration is all I can say. One day I too will own a company that hold billions of dollars in real estate and have the freedom that you speak of. Whoever's reading this, JUST KEEP GOING, write down your goals and believe in yourself like you believe in GOD.. go out and 10X your life today! #bottom

After almost a decade of incurring, spending, and losing tremendous amounts of wealth, I go to sign my bankruptcy papers tomorrow leaving me with a few thousand bucks in my account and a spare bedroom at mom n dads. If there's 1 thing I won't be its afraid of starting back at the bottom. A lot can change in a year. God bless everyone struggling.

Working shifts & doing architectural draughting in after hours to make sure I will never have another May 2021 month ever again.....where I asked how am I going to feed my wife let alone myself, how long can I drive my car while the petrol light lit has become almost a permenant feature.....thank you Grant. This video is all I needed to confirm I am on the right track and I will make it.
The problem with quitting is, as bad as a situation maybe, it only gets worse when you quit. "Quit" isn't an option.
"If you quit, you have to start all over again." This right here is why most people never make it. They try something, struggle, and then give up on it and try something up. Rinse and repeat.

I was terrible at school told from my teacher I would never be anything. Years forward I had a business went bust dusted off and went again. Now making more money than probably all of those teachers together and it’s funny you say “what did you do” I drive passed a guy in a rolls every day and I always even now think “what did you do” Never forget your roots. Surround yourself with good people. Attitude makes the difference .

My take away, at 49 years old, is that working SMARTER is equally important as working harder. Nobody has ever outworked me, but looking back I failed in the working smarter category. The good news is, even at my age, the game ain't over yet. There is still a chance.

The amount of time we spend believing we can't is more than enough time to learn how we can.

The difference between Grant and a lot of his critics, most of his critics will never know the pain at the bottom. Sadly I can relate it is painful. Ironically I have many minor victories, homeless, unemployed, no money, where is the meal coming from, where am I going to sleep. Is that police officer going to arrest me, am I going to get my head bashed in while sleeping. Now a job, car, home, and stability. Never truly happy, didn't know why until I read 10 X. Even though I dreamed big, never truly made a plan to get there, never put a plan into action. Until now, it's a grind. Ironically little successes make me happy. Being able to give makes me happy. Weird thing following principles in the 10 X Rule is a lot better than quitting
Well I've hit rock bottom, because I have once again hit rock bottom. Man, this sucks! 13 years ago I suffered a major loss that was so hard to get over which it took me, fours years to get over it. Shortly after that, I had an inspiration that I would find happiness again. On May 9th I found it and on May 12th 2015, I was able to establish that happiness and I had that happiness for 8 years until Nov 28th 2022 which was the day that I suffered the major loss again that I lost that happiness again. The ONLY man that had my attention, that was a stable force in my life and universe was YOU Grant.
So, Grant you have been the ONLY stable source to me in my mind amidst of all of the chaos that has recently happened. I am about to be homeless but I am doing everything that I can to prevent that from happening and I am trying to start again with a physical handicap called cerebral palsy. I am 43 years old. All I hope to get out of life this time around is to achieve greatness and prosperity. My ambition and obsession is to be the best there is in business and wealth and richness and sales. I am hanging in there and I am doing everything that I can to hang in there because I will never quit and I don't give a rats ass how much the game is staked against me and how much of a joke some may consider me to be. I swear I am taking your advice so seriously and I am going to make it go right beyond imagination of God etc to get out of this rut that I am in and I am going to embrace my obsessions and ignore the naysayers and I am going to keep going. You the Man!

DAMN! I had to stop this video just after the 3 minute mark and post. Mr. Cardone is spitting Truth right here. For real folks! Most people believe that success is found in "obtaining" the cash/car/real estate - it's not! Don't get it twisted - HELL YEAH we love the toys, bling, cash flooding in from all corners of the Universe. Hell yeah, we love it, but if you are in a desperate place in life right now.... you are in a VERY powerful place. Most people have never tasted desperate and they asses are living comfortable being, "uncomfortable". I know what it's like to struggle for food and basic things. I thank God those days are behind me but please, if you are reading this - STAY HUNGRY MO FO!! That's your edge!!!

Always at the right time! Just thought of quitting and jokingly told my boss I would quit... He smiled and told he was proud of me and asked if I can work more hours... I've quitted too much already! So what you Grant told about quitting and starting again makes sense! Building on something brings you further than always starting over and over..
