Armed Forces Collude With Those Behind Killings - T.Y. Danjuma

A former Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Theophilus Danjuma (retd), has accused the Nigerian Armed Forces of complicity in the killings in Taraba, Benue and other “riverine states” in the country.
General Danjuma told hundreds at the Taraba State University convocation in Jalingo, the state capital, on Saturday that the military was not neutral and was covering those behind the attacks, which has claimed scores of lives this year alone.

@@pobembe1958 Its been a very bad history for Nigeria thats why they wont teach it in schools. I wish Awolowo was alive to witness how the Northerns used him yet nothing to show for it. The Northerners still have the highest numbers in the military by far still have the highest numbers in Government. Mostly being in Power(presidency) since 1966. Yet they the least educated amongst the 3major tribes. Awolowo hard aligned with them instead of Standing alone with the Yorubas. Hence Nigerian force went ahead to fight Biafra. Else it would have just beem a war between the East and North.
