- Keeping good records are key to your success as a gardener, landscaper or project manager of your castle. The best place to keep all of your garden successes, failures, dreams and goals (in my opinion) is a garden journal. This is the keeper of all of my garden secrets!
In this video I share with you all of the ways you can and should use a garden journal. Keeping your notes, garden designs, plants to try, seeds you've planted and plant tags in your garden journal also gives you the peace of mind that you always know where things are and how to find them quickly. Getting into the routine of keeping great records will reward you for years to come. This is a legacy you can leave your children, grandchildren and generations to come. What a gift to the future!

So good!!❤
Thank you!!
Wht great advice . Love the video
Thank you so much ❤️
I saw a post somewhere that showed using those harbinger things, poke hole in your plant tag then hang them from the clip on the harbinger
I really love this idea! Thank you so much!
I keep my plant tags too, but they won't fit in a journal... I keep them in a plastic container, I probably have over 100 tags 😬💕🌷
Wow that’s incredible. Do you ever do anything with the plant tags? Like maybe on a rainy day like to go through them and look at them or do you just keep them as sort of a souvenir for the plants you’ve bought? This is really fascinating I bet I have that many and I love the idea of keeping them in a container. Thank you so much for watching I really appreciate it.
@@thesoutherndaisyllc I keep them bc sometimes I forget what variety they are, or how big they get. Things like that.
And also they usually have a picture like if I have several varieties of phlox but don't remember what one particular one is called I can go back and check the tag.
@@thegardensanctuary2248 that’s awesome! Sounds like your garden is magnificent 😊
