    I’m interested in precisely how the entry level forms of white crane you mention (San Chien) develop the tendons and ligaments. Do you mean they are a Hard Qi Gong that flex and harden the connective tissues?

    Hmm... Studying your videos has all of the answers!!!
    I have one question. Supoose you do standing meditation, should you also do sam chin on the same day? One feels your stretching and tensing and the other is no tension. Do these take away from each other or counter balance or can you do both on the same day?

    So why do some masters develop that belly, and others do not? I stay away from that stuff because that side effect sort of puts me off.
