Luocha may have trashed my stash, but I can safely say that this mans is worth it. His healing is downright absurd, even with crappy relics. His overall utility is also not to be downplayed.
He doesn't need much help with healing bonuses as he heals a tremendous amount already, post op conversation allows his ultimate to essentially always be up, the energy from it is wayyy more valuable then more healing %
i think that you dont know this, but in the settings while in battle you can change the setting use ulitmate in auto fro auto to manual and then it doesnt automatically use the ult
@@Doflaminguard lol no? have you tried Abudance path before? it gives free massive healing per turn with debuff remover, immunity to cc, respectable damage, increased deff, increased HP, skill point recovery and so many more. My only healer is Natasha before this patch and whenever i run Abudance path my party becomes unkillable with full DPS team without any support or tank, so IDK where the heck "only with Luocha" argument comes from lol.
Vonwaq 2piece relics with err rope and post op conversations lightcone can get you luocha's burst in 2 basic attacks and 1 auto heal (really good if you want to proc his field without using any skill points and use debuff more often)

My computer crashed about a week and a half ago and I haven't been able to play TT. I saw Luocha on the banner and cried TT tks for the video, I'll cry while watching it TT
I really liked the subtitles at the beginning. As a non-native English speaker, it makes it a lot easier to understand when someone is giving a lot of information in a short time. If you have the patience to continue doing that (in at least information rich sections), it would be really nice. For anyone wondering, yes, I know I could turn on YTs automatic subtitles, but those aren't really good when it comes to game specific words, which are not part of the English language.

Your clara counters for 500 and 600k were actually total dmg of your actual clara counter + gepard's special shield breaking( which says explicitly to break shield for massive dmg to all enemies lmao) but still damn i guess Anyways great vid moga and smile :)
crowd control and effect res are two dif things. Effect res resists debuffs enemies can put on a char, so Luocha 4* LC is quite nice on him. Not the best, but still good if you don't have PostOp LC. PostOP is his second-best LC bc it allows him to have his ult faster, so you don't need to rely on his skill and only on his ult/emergency healing making him almost never use his skill.
I think I noticed that heals after using burst with Post-Op Conversation on him being higher. So I think it might actually still work with the second buff of that lightcone but I'm not too sure how it works precisely, perhaps it mostly works on emergency heals or he gets a turn to do heals in or such. Either way after using his burst he sometimes healed quite a bit more than before making me think that it actually still works.
its not that the healing goes up, its that theres no reason to have that much healing, simply because he already heals so much. the energy from post op still makes it worth using tho
His ult becomes more important if you got his cone since then it adds spd buff for entire team every time you use it for one turn (think it's like 16 spd at S1).
I used the destruction path with this same team and took “use all destruction cards” which it includes nanook taking our health while killing bronya and her mom (idk how to spell the mom’s name) but loucha was definitely making sure my team doesn’t die 😂
I think like others have said Yukong may seem clunky now (E6 being a lot less), she's kinda meant for future characters. Where she is now she may seem a bit weird.
U may b rite. it's just like with genshin wen certain characters came out like ex) kuki and thoma they didn't really have a use till dendro dropped and they found there teams and places. Once we get further in star rail all these characters will have there spots and purposes
Honestly Yukong is insane already, much more at E4. She makes two allies have increased attack and her ult grants Crit Damage and Crit Rate increase ontop of dealing massive damage. People just don’t know how to use her, and think that they need to spam her skill, when you should be doing Skill > Basic > Skill etc.
I've found that, with speed boots, using his technique throws everything off (he always ends up procing his free heal while the field is up, making it unavailable after the field goes down). I usually just save his ultimate until the free heal procs, and then pop the ultimate immediately (or on his next turn if the healing can wait). The field and the cooldown for his free heal line up perfectly now. I've rarely needed to use a skill point on him, mostly just to cleanse a problematic debuff.
Post Op is prettty nice for Luocha for the first passive since the energy regen make it so you have almost always your burst up making the uptime of the field healing pretty high. For Yukong I feel Clara is her best carry with Luocha, Clara need no speed, you can run no speed Yukong and with Tinyun as another buffer. You can have an easier time lining so Tingyun is first, then Luocha, then Yukong and last Clara. That way Yukong buffs apply the entire duration of the counters of Clara since enemies will act first thing that you want and have a mega buff Clara with Tingyun and Yukong buffs sustained by the Luocha heal field, is my fav team by far.
the speed from musket is way more valuable than the healing imo since he is also super good at healing already, also the Regen from post op it's so good since the ult is also a cleanse
tbh, as a f2p player i got in this banner 3 5 stars, i lost 50/50 to clara which i had so e1 but in 5 pity i got luocha and 8 pulls later i got another luocha, and at the start of the game i got seele in 3 pity and won the 50/50 in jing yuan banner
effect res and crowd control resistance are different bc crowd control resistance only affects crowd control effects like entanglement, imprisonment, dominated, and enraged so luocha has no resistance to dots applied by enemies also s5 post-op conversation is his bis 4 star lightcone bc of the energy regeneration in the lightcone
I love using his ultimate against mara strucked dudes that revive themselves) I believe it’s the only mass enemy buff cleanse at the moment in the game and is super helpful especially in harder content like memory of chaos. Energy regen rope is a must on him to always have his ult ready
I think 4 pc PB won’t make a big difference in MoC, whereas the 4 pc effect of WW is great for him. Even the extra healing bonus from 2 pc PB is not really needed if you have outgoing healing on the body. And the HP planar set is actually great for him: attack boost for the whole team and more beefiness for him.
With OBS I run a backup through the recording software built into Windows 11. (Windows Key+G). When the video is done and exported I just delete the 2nd file. Hope this helps.
the thing with luocha is that you still need effect resistance (atleast some ) cause of the silvermane guards and the weird bottle things from the luofu that do very little damage but reduce your defense by TONS , which kinda kill you A LOT , especially in MoC
I went with the imaginary set and an ERR rope, speed boots so he gets a lot of turns. He's kind of sub dps and huge heals. Not to mention the enemy group debuff. I'm so glad i got him.
this is what i usually do before streaming and recording (i kinda do like tournament streaming and recording), if helped.. - Checking if file pop up when i start recording - Checking Disk Usage in task manager (i usually save my vid in seperated drive, so it will not affect game/os drive) - Checking if GPU are in use (theres a tab in task manager that tell you if your decoding/encoding chip are in use or not) - and last, i usually do record for a few second, stop it, and review the video (if nvenc are good, or need some restart) before i start the long recording and/or streaming.. also, i usually use gpu that have 2 Encode/decode chip inside (I use GTX 980 and 1070), so when i do streaming and recording it will not drop/broke something.. (sorry for broken english)
For me.. Loucha didn't replace Bailu.. he replaced Natasha and Gepard for me. I've always preferred the healing over shield playstyle and I just cleared my first MoC (all 10 levels at 3 stars), and only needed tanks for the last level, and I needed tank/healer for side 2, so I had Loucha and Gepard. But Bailu on one side and Loucha on the other got me all the way TO floor 10 with no problems. Her invigorate is so good that I only used her skill once in all 10 floors. But there seem to be a lot of Bailu haters out there, but she's my main and I don't see that changing anytime soon. But yeah, Loucha is great too!
Maybe try vonwaq for planar set with ER set, it works amazing for me. His ult always ready to refresh the stack before it goes off so automatically 100% healing uptime
Crit Rate for chest doesn't make as much sense to me because of his heals being based off attack. I would do attack chest in general so that it increases his healing and damage. I just did the quick math for your attack level that you showed and the attack chest would be about 1/3 of the bonus of the healing bonus from healing bonus chest plus doing more damage. And with how much you heal up, he's not really needing that much healing. Also, energy regen is amazing for him because then he can do ultimate frequently and it just takes one character hitting 50% to get the field back up, so it stays up most of the time without spending any skill points with him in my experience
his heals are already pretty insane, regardless of whether you use crit or attack, and while i agree that healing bonus isnt worth it, i personally would prefer to run a crit chest for more damage, bc he already heals for often way more than i need. when i used a crit body instead of an attack body, the heals went down a fair bit but he was still a functional healer. it all just kinda depends on your other relics imo. if he desperately needs attack, then give him attack, but if he has decent attack, then give him crit for more damage
I WANT HIM SO BAD. But I quiet literally can’t get him because there is not enough jade for me to get him I lost 50/50 at 50-55 pity now I’m at 36-37 pity and I don’t think there is enough jade for me to get him and I can’t whale cuz I don’t have any money rn so in conclusion PAIN
I have this problem often with OBS. Never found a way to fix it, but usually the preview freezes when it happens. So if it's the same issue as me, if you see the display freezing you know you are screwed.
How does his "Through the Valley: The chance to resist Crowd Control debuffs increases by 70%" work? Does that mean I only need 30% effect resist to guarantee never getting cc'd?
Would you reccomend luocha? im a low spender, have been saving for blade but currently only have natasha so unsure if its worth waiting to try and get bailu or get luocha
I don't know if this is correct information or not but i heard that Luochas "Throught the valley" tallent is apparently not effect resistance? It's a separate thing apparently. Anyone know about this?
So to clarify cc resist and effect red are different things. Cc resist only resist things that incapacitate a character. For example freeze, imprisonment etc. While effect res resists dot debuffs and incapacitate debuffs.
Would yall recommend to whale a little to get him? I wasn't planning to, I was saving for Kafka but what can I say, I love his design and jp voice and couldn't resist, I pulled but got Bronya and left me on 0. So, should I whale a little? I'm on 32 pity right now.

If she usess skill she will heal any allies at the start of their turn for the maximum of 10 times (seele will only get one no matter how muct you twhacked) for a smell amount. If she uses her ultimate she will give small amount of energy every time an allies turn start that also can only trigered 10 times

Is Gepard, Selee, Shampoo, Luocha a good team? And is gepard bad with him because he wants to be healing everyone with his backup heal because he wants stacks for his field?
That's a team with absolutely no synergy whatsoever. Gepard and Luocha are both singlehandedly enough to sustain an entire team, so you can drop either one and be fine. It's not that they're theoretically bad together or get in each other's way, it's that for survivabilty you need "enough", then any more is just wasted effort and team space. Seele isn't getting any bonuses for being in that team, but she's strong no matter what so whatever. Sampo boosts DoTs... which are the debuffs from wind, fire, and physical, and explicitly _not_ including entanglement (quantum), freeze (ice), and imprisonment (imaginary). If you want to keep Seele, I'd suggest replacing gepard and sampo with Tingyun, Yukong, Bronya, Asta, Pela, or Silverwolf. If you want to keep Sampo, I'd suggest replacing Seele and Luocha with Pela, Silverwolf, Serval, Hook (in which case Asta becomes good here), or the upcoming Kafka or Luka

That team works for crawling through content at exactly the rate that your selee's and sampo's relics individually allow for (where adding synergy with either will _more than double_ the team's damage)
Funny enough in my case I went for perfect timing and building him with some amount of effect resist. Wanted to make sure the chance for him to be debuffed was as minimal as possible xD. It has been working out fine for me and he heals a he'll of a lot anyway xD.
You over spent on his skill trace considering you have nearly 3k attack, you would heal more than 2k without outgoing heal body. His talent is his main source of healing IMO.
I think you could go with either tbh I use outgoing healing bc you can get atk everywhere else plus on the substat to the body piece anyways. Mine only has 1.9k attack at level 71 but found his healing to be enough bc of outgoing healing boost

His burst removes a debuff from all enemies. Pair that with good breaking and he will be cracked

I have this problem often with OBS. Never found a way to fix it, but usually the preview freezes when it happens. So if it's the same issue as me, if you see the display freezing you know you are screwed.

Yea it’s a separate thing, I believe ok code talked about this.
So to clarify cc resist and effect red are different things. Cc resist only resist things that incapacitate a character. For example freeze, imprisonment etc. While effect res resists dot debuffs and incapacitate debuffs.

I changed my main stat on armor to crit rate. E2 Luocha's heals are really high and I'd rather have him doing more damage when he hits.

Second huo huo is a attack scaling healer
Her skill heal three adjacent allies (act like blast skill but for healing)
Her ultimate restore all allies energy and buff their attack for two turns
She also gave an effect every time she uses her skill and ultimate. If she usess skill she will heal any allies at the start of their turn for the maximum of 10 times (seele will only get one no matter how muct you twhacked) for a smell amount.
If she uses her ultimate she will give small amount of energy every time an allies turn start that also can only trigered 10 times
Don’t hype her up too soon she still in cbt! who knows if hoyo may change her kit.
They already did with Lynx (another healer) they change her kit completely. They turn her into a blade healer support
@@el.gato. not really lynx was not change that much since the last time i saw her kit it's just now her e4 buff allies attack when using her skill and her e6 increase allies max hp which bailu can do passively and if you want to argue about changes in final release jing yuan or kafka would be a far better pick than lynx

And is gepard bad with him because he wants to be healing everyone with his backup heal because he wants stacks for his field?
That's a team with absolutely no synergy whatsoever.
Gepard and Luocha are both singlehandedly enough to sustain an entire team, so you can drop either one and be fine. It's not that they're theoretically bad together or get in each other's way, it's that for survivabilty you need "enough", then any more is just wasted effort and team space.
Seele isn't getting any bonuses for being in that team, but she's strong no matter what so whatever.
Sampo boosts DoTs... which are the debuffs from wind, fire, and physical, and explicitly _not_ including entanglement (quantum), freeze (ice), and imprisonment (imaginary).
If you want to keep Seele, I'd suggest replacing gepard and sampo with Tingyun, Yukong, Bronya, Asta, Pela, or Silverwolf. If you want to keep Sampo, I'd suggest replacing Seele and Luocha with Pela, Silverwolf, Serval, Hook (in which case Asta becomes good here), or the upcoming Kafka or Luka
To be honest it's a pretty good team. In forgotten hall your gonna need a healer and a tank. It's also good in the overworld.

That team works for crawling through content at exactly the rate that your selee's and sampo's relics individually allow for (where adding synergy with either will _more than double_ the team's damage)
You don't want speed boots on luocha if you want his passive to last longer
I wouldn't make him fast, though. Why? He sets his field for 2 of his turns. Basically, if you go slow, you passively heal longer
Depends, for end game, better if you have more speed. More turns = recharge of free skill + more ult.

I was gonna keep farming for outgoing healing but he already filly heals anyone in my team with just one skill so it's kinda pointless

Funny enough in my case I went for perfect timing and building him with some amount of effect resist. Wanted to make sure the chance for him to be debuffed was as minimal as possible xD. It has been working out fine for me and he heals a he'll of a lot anyway xD.
This is exactly me haha I use perfect timing and the outgoing healing boost from effect res is pretty sweet too. Been working fine for me too 😂
You over spent on his skill trace considering you have nearly 3k attack, you would heal more than 2k without outgoing heal body. His talent is his main source of healing IMO.

I think you could go with either tbh I use outgoing healing bc you can get atk everywhere else plus on the substat to the body piece anyways. Mine only has 1.9k attack at level 71 but found his healing to be enough bc of outgoing healing boost
