His traces arent even fully leveled, and i only had the exp books to get him to levle 60 (ascended to 70 though) and his lightcone to level 60, but when i did an SU run i didnt feel like I needed to take the abundance path at all. I could have done elation or hunt instead because he kept me so consistently healed it was amazing 😭I love him so much. If it wasnt for Dan Heng IL coming in 1.3 I would 100% go for at least one Eidolon for him...
The true power of his ult lies in removing all buffs from all enemies and this is where he will shine when we get multiple enemies with huge buffs that need to be cleared.

I’m putting Gepard in with Natasha because my Jing Yuan team is already undying with Luocha’s passive, plus the field will literally keep them at full health whenever Lightning Lord attacks. Luocha’s healing system is broken, we thought he’d be squishy but he asked, “tank who?” It comes to a point where I hoped the enemies would hit my characters up to -50% health so I can stack Luocha’s flower. Can’t stack it if Gepard’s shield is protecting everyone

@@Yuki-xf1bb When pulling on an event character banner (like Luocha) there is normally a 50% chance of getting him as your next 5*. The other 50% means "loosing the 50/50" and getting a standard banner character (like Clara, Yangqing, Himeko, Welt, Bailu, Gepard or Bronya). However if your previous 5* pull was a "loss" / standard banner character, then your next 5* is a guaranteed banner character (like Luocha). For the light cone banner tt's similar, but you have a 75% chance of getting the featured light cone instead.
I wanted to get him to get a second healer (no bailu or gepard so survival was really difficult) and I somehow got bailu then Luocha 😂 So now I have 3 healers ! Honestly I am so happy with that, Luocha is really useful and very pretty (main reason for pulling for him honestly) and he is saving me in forgotten hall. Now I just need enough materials to lvl up bailu and yukong... hehe ':)

I got E1 Luocha in a ten pull and his signature weapon. i was so happy because i started honkai for him and Himeko, never really realized how good E1 is alone so i plan on getting E2
I didn't actually intend to get Luocha, but his design was absolutely gorgeous, and I caved in. I just hope I would also be able to get Blade. Though, pulling for Luocha is still a good decision that I made. I finally managed to beat Simulated Universe's World 3, difficulty 2 with an underlevelled team.
Carried me even with low level team, Lvl 60 on mine while in world difficulty 2.. A must build even i had both Natasha and Gepard (No longer worried about a third healer in the future)
I used my guarantee on him and then lost the 50/50 got e1 bronya! Its a good thing for me because I’m a future blade main so I won’t have to worry about winning the 50/50 to get blade :))

I pulled him and his light cone. I also got sushang finally and yukong. With welt, I can run my mono imaginary team with silver wolf. And man oh man is it everything I thought it would be. If you can, I highly suggest trying it. Especially if you built DPS welt like me.
I skipped SW and same for Luocha to save for Blade. But when I saw Luocha's kit, I immediately summoned him and got him on my 65th pull. I just feel the need for a very good 5 star healer for my second team (Gepard is in charge of the first team).

Guys help me decide if i should pull for him please Pros for my account: 1. I'm not using Natasha and I don't have Gepard so I still don't have a good second team. 2. He seems quite future proof with ally and enemy cleanse, auto heal and decent attack. 3. He'd be great in a Yukong/Welt, Silver Wolf, Seele team 4. He's amazing for destruction characters (which I do want to play in the future) 5. I want to pull Dan IL so he'd work really well in a "mono" imaginary team with Silver Wolf, Welt and Yukong 5. I might skip 1.2 with all of the nerfs going around and be bored with the game without new units Cons: 1. We'll have more healers in the future and I already have two if I ever decide to build Natasha (I don't see that happening tho) 2. Other healers might work just fine with destruction characters 3. I have 1 pull saved (but I'm at high pity with guarantee) 4. Idk if a five star healer is the best investment jade wise compared to other characters coming in the future 5. I'd lose my guarantee
imagine if luocha's heal also worked with dots :c, it should also be noted that his auto skill for low team mates auto procs at the very begging of combat. This means you can start a fight with 1 stack (if ur running low on talent skill points)

Shared Feeling's ER effect will also proc when Luocha's skill triggers automatically due to allies reaching low HP, so it's a good option for folks who don't plan on relying on his field as much. Personally though, I'm using Perfect Timing because Luocha's going to be responsible for cleansing debuffs and I want to make sure he himself never gets CC'd, especially at high MoC levels.
When I tested if Shared Feeling gives energy on the auto Skill proc, it actually didn't. :o It needs to be the regular Skill activation. But if you've tried it yourself and got a different result, do tell me so I can try replicating your method.
I happen to be very lucky with my main, getting 2 five stars in a 10 pull twice(welt, yanqing, 2 claras), and having to win all 50/50's got Seele, Jin, and now Luocha, with 12 warps at 53 pity. Unfortunately, I dont have any books to level them all. In months from now, I will have a strong team once my traces and cones are leveled up. The pain of a free 2-play to a light spender (bought recently the express supply pass only).
Why are basic attacks low priority if he is supposed to be using his basic attacks often? Wouldn't they be his main source of damage? I really like Loucha and was excited about a healer with damage dealing capabilities, but it has started to seem to me that his damage is negligible, if so, then why the hell make him scale off attack?
Well, he's still a healer first and foremost, so it makes sense that, priority-wise, Ult and basics are lower than skill and talent. Ult would be slightly higher since that is a full team attack which gets way more mileage in AoE mobs.
All you have to do is run a Imaginary orb on him and, ER rope. Get around 3000 atk and he should be able to do 15k per ult, it's very good dmg for a Healer

Luocha himself is like the Abudance Resonance in VU. So you can chose another Resonance and stay calm. Today I beat 72 level Kafka with my team of 62 level.
Does anyone know if his a4 trace ability, the 70% cc get counted towards the 4* Lightcone with his face? I have 50 effres but don’t know if it stacks or not
Technically yes. But they will work together in the math to avoid it or not. One is a coin flip, the other is straight resistance that can be overpowered by a high effect rate. So if the 70% fails, you will rely on your effect res.
What would be the best build for him to strike a balance between the most healing + damage? i built him with his 4 star cone, SPD boots, ER rope, and a CRIT % body, the damage seems subpar (but then substats arent great yet) and the healing is pretty crazy, his ATK is at about 2900, i can auto my team at most of what ive played today and no one ends low in HP haha Yet im wondering if i can squeeeeeze more damage out of him. Yes, its greedy hahaha
He is pretty busted guys, i just left him at level 55 with traces level 3 and i dont need more healing he already far outclasses my E6 March lv70 with invested relics at keeping the team alive. Will eventually get him to 70 only because that unlocks a busted major trace.

my dear I got him, but to level hi and gear him I will need like 3 weeks, I just ascended Bronya and selee to 70, no books, no mats, no credits, sucks. But Im not in hurry, I like natasha and to build two teams for MOC I will ned half year.

Shared Feeling's ER effect will also proc when Luocha's skill triggers automatically due to allies reaching low HP, so it's a good option for folks who don't plan on relying on his field as much.
Personally though, I'm using Perfect Timing because Luocha's going to be responsible for cleansing debuffs and I want to make sure he himself never gets CC'd, especially at high MoC levels.
When I tested if Shared Feeling gives energy on the auto Skill proc, it actually didn't. :o It needs to be the regular Skill activation. But if you've tried it yourself and got a different result, do tell me so I can try replicating your method.

I happen to be very lucky with my main, getting 2 five stars in a 10 pull twice(welt, yanqing, 2 claras), and having to win all 50/50's got Seele, Jin, and now Luocha, with 12 warps at 53 pity. Unfortunately, I dont have any books to level them all. In months from now, I will have a strong team once my traces and cones are leveled up. The pain of a free 2-play to a light spender (bought recently the express supply pass only).
Update: I did another 5 pulls hoping for Yukong, and now I have E1 Luocha.... and first copy of Yukong.... whats going on with this account!!!!!
Luocha looks cool, but I've already got Bailu and I'm saving for Kafka. Guess he'll have to wait for a rerun.

Why are basic attacks low priority if he is supposed to be using his basic attacks often? Wouldn't they be his main source of damage? I really like Loucha and was excited about a healer with damage dealing capabilities, but it has started to seem to me that his damage is negligible, if so, then why the hell make him scale off attack?
Well, he's still a healer first and foremost, so it makes sense that, priority-wise, Ult and basics are lower than skill and talent. Ult would be slightly higher since that is a full team attack which gets way more mileage in AoE mobs.
All you have to do is run a Imaginary orb on him and, ER rope. Get around 3000 atk and he should be able to do 15k per ult, it's very good dmg for a Healer

he's the abundance path resonance outside SU
Luocha himself is like the Abudance Resonance in VU. So you can chose another Resonance and stay calm. Today I beat 72 level Kafka with my team of 62 level.
Does anyone know if his a4 trace ability, the 70% cc get counted towards the 4* Lightcone with his face? I have 50 effres but don’t know if it stacks or not

Weird question. Luocha's trace is reducing chance to be hit by crowd control debuffs. That's different from effect res right?
Technically yes. But they will work together in the math to avoid it or not. One is a coin flip, the other is straight resistance that can be overpowered by a high effect rate. So if the 70% fails, you will rely on your effect res.

What would be the best build for him to strike a balance between the most healing + damage?
i built him with his 4 star cone, SPD boots, ER rope, and a CRIT % body, the damage seems subpar (but then substats arent great yet) and the healing is pretty crazy, his ATK is at about 2900, i can auto my team at most of what ive played today and no one ends low in HP haha
Yet im wondering if i can squeeeeeze more damage out of him. Yes, its greedy hahaha
He is pretty busted guys, i just left him at level 55 with traces level 3 and i dont need more healing he already far outclasses my E6 March lv70 with invested relics at keeping the team alive.
Will eventually get him to 70 only because that unlocks a busted major trace.
