Join us as we go in search of treasures on the old rubbish dump. Old rubbish tips are the perfect place to discover interesting things. This trip was no exception. We had such fun rummaging around on the dump, one of our favourite things to do.

Hello Caroline and Phil. I had the best time rummaging around the forest with you two. I'm happy to see Caroline out and about. We're all really concerned about Covid in your lungs (or at least that's what I heard). Please be careful around people. I'm still wearing masks when I go out because of a compromised immune system. Take care and stay safe.
Caroline, those plants with the white flowers are Garlic Mustard, sometimes called Hedge Garlic.
The weeds you showed at 19 seconds are called German Mustard. They spread quickly.
They taste good.

So many bottles! The weeds with the white flowers are called Garlic Mustard, the whole plant is edible and has medicinal properties! Makes a great pesto! :) Have you put flowers and veggie gardens in yet in your yard? I was just curious, you have so many wonderful plants in your yard. Those long tapered bottles would make great bottles to keep flavored oils in and they sell caps with a pouring spout that might go in them online. (I am partial to garlic and mushroom flavors). :) Oh and fruit flavors! Such a wonderful dump there full off good bottles! Have you ever thought of trying your hand at melting pieces down for beads or jewelry?

I was visiting Berriew Welshpool, Wales and we were walking alongside the river bank and I spotted a brick in the water. You came to my thoughts after watching many of your wonderful videos. Past by the Tate museum on the train, funny how that popped out of my window. Didn’t have time to stop by for a look. I’m glad I enjoyed the video you shared.
