I work 10hr shifts on nights....obviously the company takes on many employees some of them young ie: between ages 18-25....most of them don't last 2 weeks..had one lad finish because he was stressed out... unbelievable...but I have found that most of them just want Mummy and Daddy to look after them while they just want to stay at home and smoke weed🤔..the amount of young people now working while stoned out of their heads is unreal...they can't even function.
