In my country we have a butchers beside the Birds auction market so if you buy roosters, turkeys, ducks..etc. you bring the animals they butcher it , clean it with in 10 to 20 minute . it's a good thing for the seller(it will probably be sold for good price) and the buyer ( fresh meat and it save time and gas ) .
There are way to many regulations here for that unfortunately. It sounds like a very convenient system!
When you say missed does that mean no one bought the animal or that you missed price😂. Confused lol
