Truly very nice recipe and a healthy one at that..so less oil used...and the consistency was fantastic when i compare with the recipes posted by others..the magic i suppose is to saute the dal properly as you said it gives a good taste..I have also tried the recipe with red masoor dal instead of tuvar dal...tastes even better...keep up the good work...regards...
