Yes! I have tendinitis in both forearms, and it's been so limiting with both the pain and weakness. You can't do most of these types of workouts when you can't lift things, grip things, etc. I'd love to see some compensatory workouts being featured!

    oH THAT ALYSON STONER SKS
edit: listening to all her anxiety and meditation of just letting go, (which shows how she has been struggling with that all these years), her aggresive approach to success even if it means pushing your sleep and health aside, struggle with food and how a simple slip up can "take her out for some time" reminds me of myself and how people do go through this too, i realise we're not really alone. Her being an actress, dancer, etc reminds me of myself cause i am striving towards acting and watching this video makes me realise that soo many people go through this. most people do.

I love this series, and I love how different everyone's goals are. It's good to be reminded to set specific goals. For me, that's learning the right balance of food and exercise because I have an anxiety disorder and get very in my head about whether I'm eating too much or too little, increasing flexibility and learning where I'm compensating in my body's natural asymmetry to decrease pain, and having a physical routine to stick to because my brain chemistry works better with a daily endorphin boost.

I have struggled with eating disorders for 6 years now and this was super inspiring. I haven’t worked out in months because I would completely shut down and over eat or not eat at all and run my body to the ground by over working. So I am starting to feel ready to work out and listen to my body when it comes to eating, sleeping, and working. I am also a dancer and apart from not working out, I haven’t been stretching and I can tell it is affecting my body because my knees and back are starting to hurt. Getting that flexibility and strength back is going to be super exciting and I would like to thank Michelle and Alyson for inspiring that
