I wish I could agree with you, but I can't. The job market is not kind to generalists; hiring managers want you to have many years of experience doing essentially the exact thing they're hiring for. (Of course, she'll be fine on the hosting / production side of things.)
she might not get hired because of how many skills she has/her experience. usually jobs ask you how much you want to be paid and since she has so much experience she might ask for a whole lot of money, she does deserve the money but not all companies have that type of money so rather going bankrupt they say that they cant afford you
I think the mistake we making here, is that we think she will be looking for job 😂.
When you have that many experiences and skills, I don’t think she will ever need to get a “job”. She can do anything she wants and thru videos and content she can make a living… and if someday she looks for a job, I’m sure her experience and set of skills Can bring a much richer result.
@@uhdiva you have got to be the most UNINFORMED sentient being on this app 🤦 first of all, she doesn't have the type of experience these companies are looking for. For example, if she wanted to get a job in voice acting they're not going to look at her and say "wow she has tons of experience" because she only did it for as long as it took to record this video. Same goes for literally every other video challenge that Michelle does. It's not experience the company is looking for, it's just an experience that she got to, well, experience. Secondly, a company going BANKRUPT because an employee asking to be paid more ?!?!😂😭 has got to be the most stupid comment I've ever heard 💀 companies CAN afford to pay them, they just choose NOT to lmfao. @Madelynn OwO Don't think of it as race itself (or even language), think of it as culture. It's no surprise that Japan has to be the country most dedicated to the job of voice acting, due to the part of anime in its culture. How professional are you as a voice actor? If you're not a professional, you might think other people are as good as you in that role, but the real voice acting professionals in Japan are on a different league than any non-Japanese voice actor in the world.
As for people having their opinions, well, I've always thought that was a poor excuse for people not recognizing objective quality and talent. As far as I'm concerned, not accepting that Japan is the greatest at voice acting is not only tasteless, it's degenerate and immoral. Liking any non-Japanese voice acting more than Japanese voice acting is as terrible of a preference as wanting to have sex with children and animals instead of adult humans.

I'm gonna be honest, whenever I would here a baby voice or sound when I was watching cartoons, I always thought they would use a soundboard effect or something like that. I'm a few minutes into the video and I saw that lady doing baby voices and this was my reaction:

Tbh, being a voice actor is my dream instead of being an artist. I like to create a comics and voiced it. But since I had anxiety, I became less-confident in using my voice.
